It was working like this in the town in which the law was dead. A prosecutor convicted for creating evidence against people, and those who followed him, thought it was enough to write things on a piece of paper and those things would be legally the truth! Even if they were impossible!

Who do you want to send to jail today? Patrick? Write on a piece of paper “I saw him killing Meredith” and make the girl sign it …
But she was somewhere else with her boyfriend! No problem, write on another piece of paper “She went out while I was sleeping”, and make the boyfriend sign it.

Hey, but you want to send to jail the girl and her boyfriend, too. Maybe you NEED to send them to jail, otherwise they could publicly explain that what they just signed wasn’t true. But how can you? They haven’t done anything! The girl finally overcame the fear and reported the murderer! She made you solve the case then. So she was a hero, she shouldn’t be jailed, she should be awarded!
Her boyfriend even less: during the crime he was sleeping at his place!

Wishes Of Injustice Come True

No problem! In the town in which the law is dead, everything is possible! For you, at least, remember that you have impunity! You only have to express your wishes of injustice and, just like this, they come true! You can just arrest them, then you will provide other “evidence”, other pieces of paper to take care of them, too…

You can write that she made an appointment with the murderer even if the text messages were “Don’t come tonight”-”OK”.
Then your friends will write “They simulated the call to 112”.
Then your other friends will write “The broken window is a simulation”,  “The shoe-print is Raffaele’s”, “The shoe-print is Amanda’s”, “The footprint is Raffaele’s”, “There’s the victim’s DNA on a kitchen knife”, and so on, and on…
You will even receive unrequested help from your wannabe friends, who will provide the eyewitnesses!
And if someone discovers everything, you will write another piece of paper, “I saw him beating 5 cops”, and you make another girl sign it …

All “evidence” simply written on pieces of paper. “Evidence” without any logic, complete nonsense, simply impossible, ESPECIALLY the one scrap of paper that wanted the DNA of the victim on a kitchen knife the kids were using, after the crime, for slicing bread! Indeed there was not a drop of blood on it! Indeed it was still dirty with starch (you don’t need a lab to “discover” that, you could see it with your naked eye!).

Everything utterly absurd, everything that was, instead, proving the innocence of the kids and the guilt of someone else… But if you are no good as a lawyer, if you don’t have any idea what The Law is, than you will think that with those ridiculous scraps of paper you will be able to have someone convicted!
If you don’t have any respect for The People –your employers, who keep you in luxury, with your privileges– you will even spend a fortune and produce trials in a series to defend that castle of impossible evidence.

Well, actually yes, in the end all those pieces of paper together will send someone to jail. Guess who?

THE TRIAL CAUSED BY MIGNINI AND COMODI

So, Amanda, on the night of November 5 2007, signed the statement written by Mignini’s cops, that she had seen Lumumba killing Meredith, which wasn’t true.

At her trial, then, she had tried to explain why she did it. Which is exactly what she would have done on November 6, while walking out of the police station, after having “accused” Lumumba.
After all, that day she couldn’t hand over her explanation to the public, since she couldn’t walk out of the police station: she was arrested too, and for no reason. Then she had something else to think about, she was in isolation in a little cell, she was notified that she had AIDS, she was told that she was crazy, drugged and that she had killed her girl friend!
She managed anyway to explain it in her writings, privately, but very, very clearly. She explained it again in an interrogation which was kept secret, then she repeated it at the pre-trial, behind closed doors.
When she could finally explain in public, at her trial, Mignini immediately reported her for calumny!
It was working like this in Mignini’s town, in the town in which the law was dead. Defendants could not even defend themselves. Defendants, critics – everybody had to shut up. Or there was a trial ready to start, paid by the Italians.
People were so used to that, that they would find it normal. Nobody would complain! Even defense lawyers (probably not great ones) thought it was “unavoidable”, when not even “necessary”!
As we have pointed out, the town had completely regressed to middle ages.

But Amanda Accused Mignini Too! The Trial Is Null

So, that day Mignini and Comodi decided to start another trial for calumny against Amanda Knox. She repeated exactly what she wrote, privately, on November 9 2007, but this time she said it publicly. She said that she was beaten in the police station and forced to accuse Patrick. Mignini and Comodi reported her to the prosecutor, then we found out that they were the prosecutor themselves, and that one of them was involved in the fact. Mignini, indeed, was present at the events, was the highest person in charge in that police station, was the most responsible for what happened.
So the accusation was against him too. He should have sent the proceeding to the competent court in Florence. Should Amanda be convicted, then her lawyers just have to show that Mignini was present, and the conviction should be canceled for defect of jurisdiction (exactly as it happened to him). Actually they should ask for a change of venue now.

By the way, Mignini and Comodi presented the report to the prosecutor’s office, they themselves received the report, and they asked for the new trial. They are responsible to the Italian People for this new trial, for having omitted to investigate what she said, and for having sent it to the wrong venue.
Today the trial was postponed to February 5 2013 because the judge was changed.
However, one day the cops will have to come to court and say, under oath, how things went in that police station.

Amanda Accusing Patrick Doesn’t Make Any Sense!

Amanda accusing Patrick, indeed, doesn’t make any sense. Why should she have spontaneously accused Patrick? The Mignini-Pacelli’s theory was already far-fetched when she was a murderess! Let alone now, that she is officially innocent!
So, her version about why she repeated what they wanted her to say and why she signed that piece of paper doesn’t look like a “slander”! On the contrary: it makes perfect sense, especially now, that The Law is slowly coming back to life! The Law, indeed, can never die.

We Want Amanda Knox Convicted: The Proof, Please

But if she slandered the cops we want to see her convicted and we want her to pay those heroic servants of the state. They can prove her guilty: they just have to bring the tapes of the interrogation and make the judge hear how she accused Patrick without any pressure and without any reason, while sipping a cup of chamomile tea, just because she wanted to accuse him. And she will be convicted even for slandering the cops. Otherwise she will have to be acquitted and they will have to defend themselves against calumny and abusing her.
All cops have to come in court, those who wrote that Amanda accused Patrick, those who wrote that Raffaele said she went out, those who are suing Edda and Curt, even those who wrote that I have beaten them! Because we all have to go to jail. I can’t wait to hear how I massacred 5 cops! Hope they set the lie up reeeally well, because, then, we gonna have fun!

THE MAYOR, DESPERATE, NOW WANTS THE ARMY TO CONTROL THE TOWN!

In the meanwhile, as we had easily predicted, criminals took possession of the town. After the endless series of crimes exactly the same as the one on via della Pergola, last night the gangs were fighting right in the city center.
The mobile squad, specialized in cases against those who don’t do anything, against real criminals raised their white flag…
The mayor intervened and asked the government to send troops! While waiting for the army, he delivered the town to the Carabinieri of Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio and to the mobile squad of Rome!
The city center became a police station, completely militarized. You can’t even walk because they stop you, they take your ID, they search you, they bother you in any possible way… Come to Perugia, what a lovely promenade! And real criminals say another big thank you for bothering passers by while they hang out elsewhere!. And more honest people say “Farewell Perugia!”.

THINGS ARE MOVING UP!

By the way, among people of a certain level things are starting to change. Not only Rocco Girlanda, now, is asking for an investigation. Our appeal to Italians is being listened to, it seems, and, as we know, a first investigation started on Mignini and Comodi.
Last night I bumped into a Porta a Porta show and even some “experts”, those specialized in getting everything wrong, those who explained to us (yes, they are explaining to us…) why Amanda and Raffaele were guilty, why Alberto Stasi was guilty, why Raniero Busco was guilty, why Sabrina Misseri was guilty, why Toto Curatolo was the perfect witness… started to say that the trial of Sabrina Misseri — conducted in perfect Perugia-style, with plenty of extra trials and people incarcerated, witnesses forced to say what they want to hear, no motive, when the real murderer is someone else– it is a medieval trial!

Damn, we are making followers!

They Thought They Could Do Anything They Wanted

The Corte dei Conti of Umbria opened an investigation on Mignini and Comodi for damage to the finances of the state. The reason, according to La Repubblica, was the notorious “cartoon” they produced, in which they had depicted Amanda and Raffaele as the killers of Meredith, with the poor Rudy who was forced to obey the two dangerous criminals.
The computer-generated sketch had a cost of 182,000 euro and was never acquired in the trial. It was only projected once in court, but even Massei thought it was unacceptable.

Mignini and Comodi didn’t even give a copy to the parties and never showed that video again. Their first try as film producers was so unsuccessful, consistently with the rest of their work, that they are even ashamed to show it! The masterpiece, indeed, was not even distributed to the press as it had happened, instead, to other literary productions of the case…

The two geniuses of law thought that the parties didn’t have to have a copy, they just had to have the bill!
Please admire the intelligence. They had fun drawing Amanda and Raffaele as killers, they refused to give them a copy of the masterpiece, but they thought they would have paid for it!

Amanda and Raffaele, in the delusion of the geniuses of law, had to pay, but they obviously didn’t pay. Amanda and Raffaele, in the dreams of such “great judges”, had to stay in jail, but they are obviously free.
Amanda and Raffaele are free, the Libyan students are free, the 21 professionals are free, Mario Spezi is free, Brigitta Bulgari is free, the cardinal Giordano is free.
The great judges produce continuous useless trials, losses and disasters that Italians have to pay.

They were so accustomed to use the Public Good for their own purposes that they thought they could do anything they wanted, they could spend as much money as they wanted, they could use the police to arrest whoever they wanted, they could theorize a crime in everything the others were doing, they could omit to investigate when they had knowledge of crime committed by their cops, they could charge with calumny defendants who defended themselves in court, they could “convince” people to testify, they could withhold evidence, “lose” evidence, ignore evidence, ANYTHING!

More Damage, Please

They thought The People would have never arrived, to ask account of what they were doing. They thought wrong, as usual, and the “cartoon” was the classic straw that broke the camel.
The investigation of the Corte dei Conti is only the beginning. In one year or so there will be a nice trial in Florence. I will require it. In the meanwhile, let’s hope they do more damages, let’s hope they have the case against Amanda and Raffaele reopened, let’s hope they have the case against the 21 “conspirators” reopened, let’s hope they have me too convicted with fake evidence and false testimonies… Let’s hope some of their cops threaten some people, fake or destroy some more evidence… The damage has to be as large as possible!

Three Great Writers

So, the cartoon was realized by a computer company, but who did author the story?
Mignini, Comodi and Rudi Guede!
What did Rudi say, that he was in the toilet with the i-pod on? And they believed it! They really showed that in the video!
Did he say that he heard Meredith was attacked by the two dangerous lovebirds and he had to run outside the toilet in help? And they believed it! They really put that in the video!

So, the masterpiece was the product of these three brains together. Why, then, why didn’t it run for Oscar?

The judge said “Assolve”. And a scream of happiness filled the courtroom, and kept then echoing in the whole of Rome, as the news was rebounding: “Raniero Busco has been acquitted”!

Giving people freedom… making people happy… Is there a better pleasure in life? A pleasure that is even perfect in itself, then, when it coincides with justice.
A pleasure unfamiliar to those we know. Those who, betraying  The People, who employed them, gave themselves the function to spread hatred and resentment, those who live in error and produce darkness, those who create conflicts, losses and disasters in everything they touch.
Can one of the sort, one of our knowledge, complain, then, if people call him a monster, insane, rogue, calamity?

Don't Joke. The geniuses of law are watching!

Are you crazy? The experts really believe it!

“They make a solitude, and they call it peace” (Tacitus, “Agricola”).
The unfortunate conduct of Prosecutor Calamity and his gang always made me think of this description of the Roman army of Lucius Agricola (while conquering what is now Scotland) given by Calgacus (chief of Caledonians), according to Tacitus (Roman historian).
He and his gang of criminals are specialized in creating terror and suspicion. They put people one against each other. They destroy everything, they ruin everyone, and they call it “our job”. They make a desert, and they call it “justice”.

The Italian People pay him for working at crimes. Working at a crime is nothing like in the movies: it’s a boring and ingrate job, I know. But if you don’t like it you can fire yourself and go work as a lawyer, where you can earn much more (if you are good at your job…).
Otherwise, if you think you can’t succeed yourself in the market, you have to stay there with your public salary, and you just have to work.

You don’t have to have fun in making up fascinating theories. You don’t have to enjoy throwing people into jail who don’t agree with your system of values. You don’t have to judge, you don’t have to moralize to the world, you don’t have to satisfy your ego, you don’t have to have “intuitions”, you don’t have to  enjoy yourself by novelizing a crime with big conspiracies, satanic cults, Halloween, all dead nights, comics, zodiac, equinox, eclipse….. No, it’s not a stupid tv series, there’s not the music in the background.  You are not Stephen King. You can throw that pipe away, because you are not Sherlock Holmes. There’s just a stupid, ugly crime, that has nothing literary in itself, and you have to work, you have to do that boring job of studying printouts, fingerprints, biological traces, check alibis, look for the murder weapon in the bushes. When you find a proof against someone you charge them, when you don’t find a proof you leave them alone, even if you don’t like them, even if you think they are bad persons because maybe they –oh, terrible– have sex out of the marriage, or smoke a joint.

All concepts, that, evidently, someone still didn’t understand, even if a court, in condemning him, explained him loud and clear how to do his job.

When Law Reaches Logic

Another one collapsing for happiness. Raniero Busco just acquitted.

So, for this “Via Poma” case Busco has been acquitted for not having committed the fact. It’s not today, that he has been acquitted, that I explain to you why there was no proof against him. It was not even when the independent review demolished the “evidence” against him.
I explained why there was no proof against Raniero Busco on the day when he was condemned. (Sorry, if I don’t have the world against, if I don’t have to run against the super-qualified opinions of courts, “experts” and of the whole country, I don’t work).
It happened that here too, as in all other cases, the law after a couple of years gets to the conclusions to which logic had gotten immediately.

Remember to smile! Or you get arrested...

COMPARED DISASTROLOGY

So, let’s have a look at this disaster and compare it to ours.
Part 1
Here too, at the beginning, in 1990, there was a prosecutor with a pipe, with a Sherlock Holmes attitude. Indeed he didn’t solve the case.
Here too, witnesses reported to have been beaten and terrorized in the police station.
Here too, they arrested the wrong guy, the doorman. But he was soon freed.
Here too, there was a police informant. This time, unlike in our case, the informant gave evidence. So he existed for real, he wasn’t an invention of corrupted cops. But that track, too, ended up in nothing.
Here too, there was the usual sloppy work of the scientific police.
Result: murderer not found. Damage: just a few days in jail for the doorman.
Part 2
2004, the case is reopened because the increased sensitivity of machines allows the reading of low amount of DNA.
It suddenly seems that everywhere on the crime scene there’s Busco’s DNA…
And Busco gets charged.
Here too, there is prof Novelli, maintaining, this time, that a DNA test is not reliable when there are mixed profiles and the amount is too low…
Here too, every print on the crime scene is read as belonging to Busco…
Until the independent review arrives and says what to us was evident: that it was all imagination…
Result: murderer not found. Damage: trial for Busco with conviction, appeal trial with acquittal. Not one day of jail, only one extra trial (a woman who gave Busco an alibi was charged with perjury).

When it’s Just a Mistake

The only real damage was the suicide of the doorman, which occurred in 2010. As he wrote in his goodbye message: “20 years of suspicion brings me to the suicide”. But this guy was not really abused by the judicial system. He spent just a few days in jail 20 years before and now the defendant was someone else. But he was tired. Of the courts, yes, but particularly of the media that after 20 years started bothering him again even in the little village where he went to spend his retirement. He had the age to be tired and he decided that it couldn’t stand that attention anymore.

As we can see the first part of the via Poma case, had the same violence of our case, the same incompetence, but not the deliberate creation and destruction of evidence. It had a mediocre prosecutor but not a crazy one. Some cops were thugs but not all of them. So the disaster produced was quite limited: only an unsolved case and the wrong incarceration of the doorman. It wasn’t in a little town where every judge copies the other, so the doorman was freed in a few days by the appellate judge, and we haven’t seen those enormities like 4 years in jail before conviction. No life was ruined.

In the second part we have also seen that tendency of mediocre prosecutors to force people to say what they want, or to shut up people who run against their ideas, and one extra trial was produced. Very grave, yes, but nothing compared to what we have seen in our case, with extra trials like rain…
For the rest, the error was produced by wrong interpretation of data (and interpretation, as we know, is everything). They were wrong. They just were wrong, as everyone can be. But they haven’t been criminals. And the suspect’s life wasn’t really ruined.
Even better, as we know, for Alberto Stasi. He wasn’t beaten, he wasn’t mistreated. Only three days in jail for him and only one extra trial!

THE EXTRA FACTOR

As we can see the mind-set, of cops, prosecutors and judges, hasn’t been that different from the one in our case, but the disaster produced was much inferior.

A disaster like the one in our case, with many years of jail, plenty of extra trials with absurd accusations, ruined lives, abuse, creation of evidence, destruction of evidence, corruption, vendettas, terror, has no comparisons in the judicial history. In our case they really exaggerated, we really witnessed a collective crime of impressive extent. What produced such a disaster if the background was basically the same?

The extra factor can easily be identified in that crazy personality who dominated the case. Cops are cops, we know, people who don’t know much of anything, and there is no the FBI in Italy. They naturally have that tendency to blame and abuse people.
The scientific police, as we have learned, doesn’t work. Just like all things of the state, like the post, like the railways… it doesn’t work.
A prosecutor has to know all this, he needs to use these people and their inadequacy in the right way.
But if he’s just like them, worse than them, if he’s delusional and dishonest, if he pretends not to see when cops abuse or frame people… If he even encourages them, that’s the extra factor which turns a common mistake, an ordinary disaster, into an epochal disaster.

“Meredith’s Crime Unpunished”!

I had fun listening to the news after Busco’s acquittal. They were all “Another crime goes unpunished”. “Just like for Chiara Poggi, just like for Meredith Kercher, we will never know who the murderer is”. And they even showed those drunk people in the street who were protesting against the acquittal of Knox and Sollecito!

The disaster, the collective hallucination for the Meredith case has been so large that Italian media (and, by consequence, the public opinion) pretend not to know that we know exactly who the murderer is and he is already condemned!
Mignini dictates his propaganda: the Supreme Court ruled that Rudi committed the crime together with others, therefore Amanda and Raffaele are guilty… And some journalists really buy it!

Journalists get fooled by PR, people in the street don’t want to abandon the initial collective hallucination, family of the victim still blames the wrong person… And that’s how the news comes out: “Meredith’s murder unpunished”!

Forever Hate

So, the family of the victim suffers the forever-hate syndrome. There’s nothing to do, they refuse to think that a stranger killed their darling. They want that the closest person is the killer: the boyfriend, the house-mate, the father…
I start to think that there must be a deeper reason than just money. Alberto Stasi, for instance, doesn’t have money, but Chiara’s family keep blaming him.
Sabrina Misseri doesn’t have anything, it would be convenient for Sarah’s family to blame Michele, who is the actual killer and who at least has some money and properties!
But the family of the victim need to blame the closest person. They prefer it as it gives them more satisfaction, it seems. It is a hate, to say so, of better quality.

John Kercher is no exception and is still there blaming Amanda. He just declared that reopening the investigation would be useless. Indeed, due how they investigate that would really be useless. But you know, John, there’s the signature of the murderer on the pillow. Do you want to read it? Or you don’t care? Do you accept that we care more than you about who killed Meredith?

What turns journalists into amateurs, what makes relatives of the victim obsessed with hate?

Many factors, but when there is the extra factor, when there is the M factor, when the scourge of God and his cronies are around, that comes easier!

Out of The Vision

Can you believe that you guys know the case better than most Italian journalists? That you have a perception more objective than the one of the family of the victim? It’s enough looking at your comments and letters. I have the honor, it seems, to have the best readers and collaborators around!

Perugia and Capanne Kill Again

Have you ever seen a man luckier than Mignini? He has crossed path with the most interesting people without even need to move from his town!
He met, for instance, a journalist like Mario Spezi. Instead of trying to be his friend, he threw him in jail!
He met a writer like Douglas Preston. Instead of proposing him as an honorary citizen, he forced him to leave the country!
He met a cultured girl like Amanda Knox. Instead of introducing her to his daughter, he threw her in jail!
He bumped into an artist of sex like Brigitta Bulgari. Instead of bringing her into a room (and exercising the right penal action), he threw even her in jail!

He was sought-after by the best journalists and documentarists in the world, but… Ask them now what they think of him after having spent hours in his office…
Let’s see, to take one, how Doug Longhini concludes one of his Crimesider posts: “Perhaps a better question would be how Giuliano Mignini continues to dress in the formal robes of an Italian prosecutor”…Good question.
Even an aficionado like Tom Kington, now is ironic about Mignini’s tendency to believe himself a victim of a conspiracy… But… he must  not be a good journalist, at least, according to the standard of some “dell’Umbria” colleagues, firmly seduced by those conspiracy baloneys…

However, for Prosecutor Calamity, after plain insults, there is even diagnosis by specialists, by now, available online. For Brooke Miller the problem is called delusional disorder. For David Anderson the role of the amygdala, an area of the brain responsible for behavior, is decisive.

I, instead, was totally naive in thinking that the person was just not good at his job: only when I saw five of his cops jumping on me did I wake up, and I understood how dangerous this guy is for people’s lives.
I was lucky to survive, by the way. And I’ve got the feeling that there will be soon a new trial in Florence…

Italians don’t even know the damage the scourge of God constitutes to them. The money that he costs them and the harm to the Italian image and culture that he causes when he kicks people like Douglas Preston, Amanda Knox, and potentially thousands of their kind, out the country; they will still visit Perugia, yes: via video-conference now…

STAYING BACKWARD
An Eugenic Downward

He doesn’t work: he gives the world lessons of morality (his morality). And that’s not the work of a prosecutor, that’s the work of a priest (and not a good one).
He is using his office, rather than to investigate crimes, to impose his own system of values. His society is not exactly the most advanced, but, in his project, it doesn’t have to evolve. It has to stay backward, and any element of potential change has to be expelled.

He runs his own private eugenic, to make a selection of the species tailored on himself. Only backward people, puritans and conformists are allowed in the moralistic society he and his followers yearn for!
And he is being successful! People follow him, and he follows people (conformists conform to each other, it goes without saying).
While other societies go ahead, and are reaching impressive peaks, in the ideal town he is building, new generations will be raised in superstition, by right-thinking people who run a crusade against freedom, against sex and against the smile. How fun! How stimulating!
Is the next Bill Gates, the next innovator of the internet, of economy, of science, of art… going to born in Perugia? I don’t think so. Next Torquemada, maybe! Fascinating, isn’t it?

In all this negativity something is flourishing, though: the industry of crime! While police and courts are busy satisfying the fantasies of the genius of law, real criminals seem to have elected Perugia as their dreamland.

The Via della Pergola case is being repeated ad infinitum. There’s almost not a week goes by now, without a robbery in a cottage. If you are lucky they just steal, or they rape the woman they find in, as they did last month in a cottage. If not they kill you without a problem, as they did a few weeks ago with Luca Rosi, when he didn’t want his girlfriend to be raped by the robbers.
“We caught them”, the Carabinieri-police now say. Perugia already said thank you. Just, once again, not to Mignini and his cops. (Let’s hope the Carabinieri are right, though, and it’s not another “caso chiuso” of the kind we know…).

They caught those (they say), but others, many others, are on the loose. Friday another robbery with two victims. Same technique familiar to us. Breaking the window, entering, and killing (just this time there’s not the genius of law who sees a “simulation”…).

“Benvenuti all’Inferno”

At the same time Alessandro Benvenuti, 43 years old, allegedly killed his brother. He turned himself in to the police and was brought to Capanne jail. Friday evening he entered Capanne, Saturday morning he was already dead. From natural causes, of course, as always. “We found him dead in his cell”, jailers say, just like they said for Aldo Bianzino, dead in Capanne at 44 one day after having entered. It must be that usual heart attack that, by coincidence, comes to you just when the cops arrest you… even if you are young!

"We want the truth for Aldo Bianzino", their sons say with (rightwards) the sister of Stefano Cucchi, the mother of Federico Aldrovandi and the sister of Giuseppe Uva. But...

So everything continues as usual, worse than usual. There’s a difference, though, between what is going on in Perugia and in the rest of Italy. In the rest of Italy people, brought into misery by decades of stealing by the politicians, by now suicide themselves or turn into improvised robbers with fake guns. It’s the new trend.
Perugia, instead, seems to have become the capital of professional robbers. The Bronx in the 70s was a safer place, it seems. As it was predictable, since those in charge, instead of working, run a moralizing crusade!
Where would you go, if you were a criminal? Where prosecutors and police work in silence to fight crime?
Or where they are busy making up cases against students, journalists and professionals, calling press conferences, sitting in court, giving themselves awards? Where they see “simulations”, where they believe in the devil is embedded in a plant, or in a woman? Where, if they catch you, they try to exonerate you by blaming two highly immoral lovebirds?

Not Even the “Slandered” Cops Showed Up!

Who killed Meredith? it’s proven: Rudi! Actually it’s been known since November 2007. But Mignini wanted to try and KEEP IN JAIL Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito: the ones who called the police and had the crime discovered!
That caused, besides the suffering of the two students and the loss of money for Meredith’s family, huge damage to the judicial system and to the finances of the Italians.
Not happy with that, he and his followers started a new trial against anyone who dared to say that Amanda and Raffaele were innocent.
Another trial against Amanda, a trial against Amanda’s parents, a trial against Raffaele’s father and sister, an impressive number of trials against journalists. Some of his followers –because he made followers in his town!– even started a trial against a guy who dared to publicly honor Amanda’s family with a picture!

When Mignini’s Soldiers Buzz at Your Door

All in line with his usual activity: jail as well for writer Mario Spezi (for having written), jail for stripper Brigitta Bulgari (for having done a strip)… jail for a bunch of libyan students (for having dreamt a putsch)… Jail… Jail… Jail… Every now and then a hotel or a massage center gets closed with a mountain of charges for its owner because according to him and his followers prostitution occurs there. But prostitution is not illegal in Italy. Can it be a problem for the great lawyer to find another crime? Certainly not: exploitation of prostitution! it’s so easy, so sweet seeing a crime in everything THE OTHERS do!
All this after the Court of Florence had suggested that he EXERCISE CRIMINAL PROCEEDING WITH PRUDENCE!
All this after REAL CRIMES occur in a town which is more and more deserted by cultured people and more and more filled with ruthless offenders. Criminals who no, don’t smoke a joint. REAL criminals, specialized labor freshly imported, who don’t hesitate to kill for a fistful of euros.

I still have in my ears the telephone conversation, wiretapped in the days after the crime, between Amanda and a woman from the mayor’s office. This woman, on behalf of the mayor, called Amanda to see if she needed anything, and was trying to solve all her problems. She offered her a place to stay with her mom, who was about to come. When Edda, arrived the next day, and she was stuck in Foligno’s train station, 20 miles away, the mayor even sent someone to pick her up.

The Mayor had done his best, then prosecutor calamity arrived. The destroyer of worlds, the Scourge of God, that where he steps grass doesn’t grow anymore. And the terror started…

Even the new Mayor Vladimiro Boccali tells people to come. Americans, come! Students, come! Teachers, journalists, writers, scholars, free spirits, artists, entrepreneurs, tourists, consumers, come to Perugia!

But what person of value is going to go into a town in which Mignini, his cops and his followers hate you?
Who is going to risk their life or their money in a town in which you can die for having smoked a joint? Or where you can be thrown in jail for having called the police? Or where the police enter your house, or close your business, or make up an accusation against you? Or where you get fined for breathing? Or where everyone –cops, judges, press, offices, people– teams up against you when you are accused of something by Mignini or any of his followers?  Or where evidence against you appears from nothing while proof of your innocence disappears?

Today only desperados are attracted to go to Perugia. They maybe hope that what happened to Patrick Lumumba happens to them. Getting 30,000 euros for two weeks in jail? Every drifter’s dream!

OOPS, THE “VICTIMS” DISAPPEARED

So, Edda and Curt had told the Times Online that Amanda had told them that the cops had mistreated her.
This, in Mignini’s world, is a crime, defamation through the press. And the cops who were following him sued Edda and Curt (strangely they forgot to sue the writer of the article, his only friend in the foreign media).
Today the trial to Amanda’s parents started. And the “victims”?  They weren’t there! And the judge adjourned the trial to January 24 2013. They were “busy with a police operation” their lawyer said (it must be a secret police operation because local media who follow them step by step (because they love appearing on TV) didn’t report any police operation today).
It’s not the first time, however, that other police matters prevented them from showing up in court.
During the Knox trial they had so much free time! They used to sit in court all day long. Coincidentally, after that the Conti and Vecchiotti report demolished the “evidence” against Amanda and Raffaele, the cops started to always be busy with police operations, they stopped being spectators and they could hardly find the time to show up even when they were called as witnesses.
The trend continued until today’s clamorous forfait.
Today was the trial in which they planned to ask for a mountain of money from Amanda’s parents, and they didn’t go! They left Mignini alone. What to say?
Finally!

It was actually highly recommended, since Edda and Curt, in the end, will be obviously acquitted. At that point those who sued  them may be charged with slander and will have to pay damages.
When it’s like this better to shut up and not to worsen your position. Wouldn’t you do the same?
Also highly recommended, in general: trying to have all of that night of November 5, slaps, pressures and  lack of recording, buried. Will they manage? If they keep bothering people in exactly the same way… probably not! And if they don’t even apologize…

No, better not to apologize to Amanda, her parents and all the others falsely accused.
It’s easier to have people not go to Perugia anymore. Especially Americans.

SIMONETTA CESARONI. Killed, yes, but not by her boyfriend

This returning headline is becoming frequent, fortunately.
When Raniero Busco was condemned for the murder of Simonetta Cesaroni our long wrap up article on it, which was then seized along with all that socially dangerous blog, was Conviction-With-No-Proof-Strikes-Again. Today we can say the contrary.
As it had happened for Amanda and Raffaele, a commission of scientists just delivered their work for the appeal trial. Result: against Raniero Busco there is nothing.

Exactly as we were saying at the time, the presumed sign of “Busco’s teeth” on Simonetta’s bra and chest, was not his teeth, it was not even a bite. There is, instead, someone else’s blood, and someone else DNA, that the prosecution theory had forgotten. And the time of death was arbitrarily moved to a zone in which Busco didn’t really have an alibi.

Busco was definitely not an angel, but the theory against him, as we were saying at the time, was all imagination and misinterpretation. Exactly as in the theory against Alberto Stasi, the exonerating data were simply ignored.
Nothing compared to the case of Amanda and Raffaele, in which the exonerating evidence, rather than being ignored, was literally destroyed, and in a massive way. And the defendants, unlike Busco and Stasi, were even kept in jail!

How could they waste all those resources, for instance, for trying Alberto Stasi? As we had easily noticed, not only there was no motive, but there was not even the needed time for Alberto to go and kill Chiara!

Funny that only by reading some of PS’s little articles about crimes millions of euros a year could be saved. Italy, instead, doesn’t look very grateful. Except that for every case, after a couple of years, all courts inevitably get to our positions…

People need time, indeed, to get out of collective hallucinations. Judges are not an exception, it seems, and when the emotion, the anger against those presumed guilty, cools down, they are able to reason in the right way, to finally discover when there’s no proof, and admit it.

I’m certainly not going to waste my time on the Sarah Scazzi trial, taking place these days. Let’s let them go on with their fantasies… in a couple of years an independent review will arrive and, there too, they will wake up.

Take the Closest Person

They always make the same mistake, they take the boyfriend… the housemate… the father: the closest person. It’s even comprehensible when you don’t have any idea who the killer may be (as for Chiara, for Simonetta, and many others).

The cases of Meredith Kercher and Sarah Scazzi, instead, are the simplest in the world.
We even know who the killers are, there!
One was nailed by a mountain of evidence, the other one at one point publicly confessed, provided feedbacks to his confession and, still today, begs to be arrested!

But, as always, Italy has to spend millions of euros for the pride of a prosecutor! And the press? It’s with him! Judicial critique doesn’t exist, and all media follow a couple of “experts”: ex-cops and other characters in search of publicity, who are only able to see, when someone is accused, that s/he is actually guilty… Great experts!
And the people? The more they are made broke by too many taxes, the more they support the one who helps ruin the finances of the state with lavish investigations and trials! If they are happy…

INTERPRETATION IS EVERYTHING

Italians listen to the “experts”, but the problem of De Interpretatione, from Aristotle on, is a matter for philosophers, not for cops.

All data needs to be interpreted, and if you don’t have any idea what the search for the truth is, if you are not used to reason about complicated things, even a simple event such as a crime will reveal your inadequacy.

The simple mind, just like the crowds in the street, reads everything as a confirmation of guilt, never mind how absurd the accusation theory is.

The scientific police is a public thing and, as all public things, needless to say, doesn’t work.
Who are these “scientific” people? They are usually cops, people with a very elementary education, but who took a class about something! About prints, for instance, or about cell networks, or about collecting samples, or about taking crime scene pictures… You take a two-weeks-class and then you think you are able to deal with scientific matters that you, in truth, are completely ignorant of!
Obviously things are not that simple. When you just know the surface of a phenomenon, not only you easily make operative mistakes, like for instance mixing DNA while collecting it, but you will get the interpretation wrong. And the interpretation is everything.

The problem of interpretation affects every domain: every kind of reasoning and every sense.

Sight, for instance.

Looks Like It Is

Do you see a vague sign on Simonetta’s bra and skin? It’s “Busco’s teeth”, of course, so precise!

Do you see a broken window? It’s “a simulation”, of course! Look at the pictures, it’s so clear!…
The bloody footprint? It’s “Raffaele’s”, so evident! What if it looks quite compatible, instead, with Rudi’s foot? Naah, forget about that: it’s Raffaele’s, period. And who’s the authority who says that? A cop! But hey, he knows, he took a class about footprints… (And after 10 years of that experience they will even make him  “doctor”…)

Impressive, those “scientific” cops: they managed to attribute to Raffaele, and even to Amanda (!), shoe prints left by the same Rudi’s shoe!

Sounds Like It Is

Infinite, then, is the literature of wrong interpretation of words, when ears just hear what they want to hear. And it gets continually updated.

As usual looking at the past helps. Let’s take, for instance, what we may call the mother of all wiretapped conversations…
Der Abt ist noch im Kloster, the Germans said in February 1944.
They meant that the abbot was still in the monastery of Montecassino, even if the allied forces were threatening to bombard it.
But the intelligence of the allied forces interpreted Abt, instead as Abbot, as an abbreviation of Abteilung, battalion!
They listened to their fears, and thought that the monastery, in which only a couple of monks had remained, was packed with armed enemies… They heard, as always, what they wanted to hear, and the General Alexander gave the order: destroy Montecassino.
The abbey, founded in 529 by Saint Benedict, previously a pre-christian temple, a treasury of thousands of years of civilization, was erased. For a mistake of interpretation.

So, you may think that we would have learned how to listen to wiretapped conversations (at least from March 1944…). No way. Since then nothing has changed and still today we see the same mistake repeated in absolutely EVERY CASE.

Sorry, we heard the wrong word

 She Was There

“I was there”, Amanda said, as we know, while talking with her parents of the latest news against her (oh, The Knife…). By listening to the conversation, even by reading the translation in Italian, it’s clear that she wasn’t exactly confessing to her parents that she took part in the murder!

She was trying to reassure her parents, she was meaning “don’t worry, I was there, at Raffaele’s place, so there can’t be anything against me, and it will come out”. But guess what the interpretation of “doctor” Mignini was?: “I was there, killing Meredith”! Of course!  So, Amanda and her parents were talking for hours as if she was innocent but suddenly the three of them would naturally accept that she was guilty, and then they would return to talk as if she was innocent!…

It was really impossible to interpret that conversation in the wrong way, since it was so unequivocal. But Mignini, and everyone who followed him, managed!

He found that “I was there”, and he thought it was just what he needed, so he stopped there…
It would have been enough, for someone who was really working, to read the whole transcript. Five minutes later in that conversation Amanda repeats the concept, and this time she even specifies: “I told them the same things I was just saying, that I was with Raffaele, at his place”.

But he wasn’t working, he was just taking what he needed to run his crusade against youth, against sex, and against a plant!

It’s the usual method. You take what you like — “I was there”, or “See you later”–  and hide what you don’t like –“At Raffaele’s place”, or “Have a good night”.
It’s his way of “working”, his way of ruining his country with continuous useless trials.

And his country? Pays him! Can you believe it?

Federico Aldrovandi was 18 years old, therefore was alive, very alive, was experiencing the world, was doing crazy things.
That morning, after the discotheque and after succumbing to some highly demonic substances, he was committing a serious crime: screaming in the street, disturbing people who were still asleep.
Someone called the police. The police arrived and solved the problem. By killing him.
(Just like Giuseppe Uva, just like Michele Ferulli, just like Luigi Marinelli, just like… they are just killing everyone).

After he was dead, they even slandered him, telling the usual story: that he had attacked the police and the poor four cops had to defend themselves from that powerful hitter…

As usual in such cases the investigation didn’t look like it was going anywhere. But they had bumped into the wrong family.

Patrizia and Lino Aldrovandi will open a blog, publish the pictures of their son killed and… things will move on. Finally, tanks to a new prosecutor, thanks to Fabio Anselmo, a courageous attorney, and Anne Marie Tsegueu, a fearless and honest witness, the truth will emerge.
The four cops will be convicted and the family will be compensated with two million euros.

SUE THE PARENTS

While criticizing the first investigation Patrizia said in an interview to La Nuova Ferrara  that at the beginning “the prosecutor’s file was empty”. In response the prosecutor sued her for defamation!
And a new trial just started, against the defendant Patrizia Aldrovandi.

So, this woman lost her son; and a prosecutor (who didn’t solve the case) even sues her! Sounds familiar?

Amanda’s parents had their daughter unjustly detained and when they tried to defend her they were even accused of defamation!
Same for Raffaele’s father, who was even accused of abetting a crime!

I’ll Sue the World…

We have learned, unfortunately, this barbarian phenomenon of the extra trials, with which prosecutors in difficulty seem to want to sue anyone who puts a doubt on how they’ve dealt with a case.
Very touchy people who don’t accept any critic, who don’t have any irony, let alone self-irony, far from their possibilities to solve the problem with a witty remark. They will sue you, they will make up an accusation and start a new trial.

Courts are paralyzed by too many trials, they know it very well, but they don’t give a damn about the Court, about the State, that provides their living. They will not hesitate to help sink the finances of the state if you, while living your drama, and in front of their inefficiency, have, maybe, criticised them.

We know the phenomenon, but what matters to us today is the particular case of sue-the-parent-don’t-sue-the-journalist, a unique case, as we shall see.

So, that prosecutor sued not only Patrizia, who released the statement, but also the journalist who wrote the article and the editor-in-chief/owner of the website; as is compulsory, since people who are interviewed don’t write and publish the article by themselves.
In Perugia probably every journalist who wrote something about Mignini’s cases was sued at least once in their life, and every time it was: the person who was interviewed (if any), the writer, the editor-in-chief and the publisher.

For an article on Il Giornale, for instance, in which the writer Joe Cottonwood was interviewed, he was sued for his statements, along with the writer of the article, Seba Pezzani, and the editor-in-chief and owner, Vittorio Feltri.

… but I’ll Save My Friend

Only in one case things went differently: for the Timesonline article in which Curt and Edda repeated what Amanda said. In that case only the ones who made the statement were sued, as if they had written and published the piece by themselves, as if they directed and owned the Timesonline. Not even the writer of the article was sued.
Interesting, I bet he’s someone who believes Amanda is guilty…

There’s the case of Patrick Lumumba/Mailonline, then. If Amanda and her parents were sued for having said that one cop slapped her on her head Patrick should have been super prosecuted for having said that the cops beat him with kicks and punches. But Patrick passed from accused to accuser (of Amanda). And everyone pretended not to have read his words.

Clear, then, what we have to write and say to be safe?
Amanda killed Meredith, remember. Because of the Devil living in a plant. The investigation was perfect.

Breaking News

In the meantime the number of criminals embedded in the police seem everyday to be more.
In Bologna the enterprises of the gang of the Uno Bianca (a group of criminals in uniform) are still echoing. But we are at it again, it seems.
Simply unbelievable the news just arrived: a new gang of cops who were robbing, beating and sequestering immigrants: arrested.

We had just spoken of the case of Stefano Gugliotta, the one who was massacred by a pack of cops but whom they had accused, as usual, of having attacked them.
A video came out and unmasked the criminals in uniform. Today nine of them were indicted. There will be a nice trial in Rome.

In the meantime nobody can stop Train-Mignini. As we remember even his admirer Micheli disappointed him, by acquitting the 21 people (!) he thought took part in a little conspiracy to keep secret the fact that Francesco Narducci was involved in the monster of Florence plot.
Micheli needed two years to compile the motivation document of his acquittal, which came out last week, in a volume of almost 1,000 pages. Mignini must have been working breathlessly on it since today he already presented his appeal to the Supreme Court.
Good like this: never give up!

Killing a Country

I knew another Italy. An Italy in which judges were fighting criminals, not lovebirds;
an Italy in which police were helping people, not robbing, or framing, or killing them;
an Italy in which captains would refuse to abandon a sinking ship, they had to be pulled off by the other officials, as happened to the captain of the Andrea Doria.
I don’t know what is going on.

Amanda could have died that day, if she was at home instead of Meredith.
She could have died as well while at the hands of the cops, beaten by the cops, as happened to Federico Aldrovandi, Giuseppe Uva, Stefano Cucchi.
Or she could have died in her cell in Capanne, as happened to Aldo Bianzino.

Nothing strange, since recent facts showed that the police, those we pay to protect us, have become the main danger for the citizen. If you call them because your son, your girlfriend, your roommate has been killed, they all have the same idea: that you are the killer.

You Are Their Occasion

And to make you confess they don’t do an investigation and show you the proof they’ve gathered. (That would mean working, and in a country in decadence, where everyone wants to become rich in a second, nobody feels like working: those who are tired of a small salary want to change their lives all at once, in one day, by solving a famous case, for instance. And you are their occasion to change their life.).
To make you say what they need they beat you, they torture you. It’s their method, we’ve learned that by now.

If you are lucky, if you have been filmed before entering the police station, as happened to Amanda, it’s just  “psychological torture”. They keep you there all night long and they yell at you all together…
They trick you with lies, they tell you that your boyfriend is accusing you… They make you sign that you took part in the murder… Once you’ve signed, they explain to you what you have signed, which you probably didn’t really realize, and tell you that you have to repeat that to the judge, otherwise…

You Have To Think They Are Helping You!

As we remember after she gave her signature they returned to acting “kind”. Then they needed another signature and they were aggressive again. They got the other signature and the great actors went back to playing “kind” again… While bringing her to Capanne jail, then, they were telling her not to worry, that it was for her protection! That it would be just for a couple of days!
She had to understand as late as possible what was going on.
Two days later, indeed, when she met her lawyers, right before talking to the judge, she wasn’t able to explain them why she was in that position. And the lawyers, who didn’t have any idea of what had happened, told her not to answer.

The “Source” for all the Press

That’s why she didn’t answer to the first judge. Guess what “the source” was telling us that day? “She didn’t speak to the judge because her lawyers didn’t let her speak, but she confirmed everything to me”. Sure! Just to you, who had been so dear…
(The same source was telling us of the black man’s hair, of the laundry, of the bleach receipt… and all other inventions “for immediate release”…).

You have To Stay in Confusion

In next days you may be able to put things together and understand how they deceived and betrayed you. So, they maybe come to your cell and show you a test according to which you are HIV positive, so that you start thinking about your life, instead… And you keep staying in  confusion!

You don’t have to understand how they used you and what they did! (How the computers got burned, how the DNA came out, who changed the time of the call, who gave the order to keep the tapes secret…).
You will understand one day, with the time. But it will be too late, you will be already definitely convicted. Or anyway they will have reached their purpose of getting a big contract from the state… But you don’t have to get clue soon.

In the meanwhile all data is interpreted against you, and “evidence” of your debauchery starts appearing…
Cops start telling around that you are crazy and drugged, that you, if you are a woman, slept with everyone, or that there are porn pictures in your computers, bestiality, pedophilia…

If you have read comics, if you have smoked a joint, if you had sex outside marriage, if you had parties, if you had fun sometimes, somewhere, if you have been, in other words, young, alive… those zealot people, old inside –prosecutors, housewives, even some journalist!– will start seeing the Devil in you, and condemn your “perversion”!. Yes, they will use those medieval categories with no shame!
And some people, not very bright probably, will even follow them!

COURTROOM. Yesterday: the two sons of Aldo Bianzino, with their girlfriends and with Ilaria Cucchi, sister of Stefano. The mom of Federico Aldrovandi and the sister of Giuseppe Uva were also there, along with the lawyer Fabio Anselmo who, after having had the cops who killed Aldrovandi convicted, yesterday got another important victory in Perugia.

A Crime Turned Into a Fable

As we remember a slice of apple between the stomach and esophagus of the victim became a mushroom: hallucinogenic, of course! Because all sort of drugs and demoniac substances were used in the orgy of Pignini’s fantasy (what a pity that the only objective data, the drug test, was “lost”, just like all other exonerating data…).

As we remember some alcohol appeared in the blood of the victim, so to confirm the orgy, without any respect not even for the victim…  Luckily the “little hand” was not too precise, the alcohol was a bit too much, so nobody took that test seriously… (Was the machine wrong again? Just like for the HIV test? Damn, it’s really a massacre, all machines were wrong, the PCR was wrong, the microscope was wrong, the camera was wrong…).

By the way, the stories of all the people above converged this week in Perugia when Patrizia, mom of Federico Aldrovandi, Lucia, sister of Giuseppe Uva, Ilaria, sister of Stefano Cucchi went to show their support to the young Elia and Rudra, sons of Aldo Bianzino, the man who died in Capanne at 44.

Facing trial for the death of Aldo Bianzino, before a panel made by judges Massei, Micheli and a third one, was the jailer on shift that night, Gianluca Cantoro.

Marijuana, the Plant of Devil

The cops went to the country house of Aldo Bianzino because they had heard he was growing hemp.

Growing some  hemp plants, that was the serious crime that literally unchained them against Aldo and his wife Roberta. They went and arrested both of them, leaving their son, 13 years old, alone at home. They brought them to the Capanne jail.
Next day they told Roberta she was free. She asked when she could see Aldo and they told her “after the autopsy”. That’s the very human way in which they informed her that Aldo died during the night. Can you be surprised if these people did all they did to Amanda and Raffaele?

Italian women love to grow oleander, which contains a deadly poison.
The oleander kills, so it’s not illegal.
The hemp, instead, maybe because its substances make you laugh, stimulate peace, creativity: that’s the big crime! It’s not that extracting substances from it is a crime, but just growing it!
So the most natural thing, growing a plant, in some countries is illegal, can you believe it?

Death in Capanne

Aldo’s friends are certain: Aldo was killed by the cops.
But the doctors say it was a brain hemorrhage, which coincidentally occurred just after he was arrested. And all the injuries they found on him happened during the medical intervention…
So there hasn’t been a trial for homicide, this time. Only Cantoro, the guard who was on duty that night,  was tried for omission of help.

We pay him to stay there and take care of the problems that could occur. A problem occurred that night, indeed, a man felt ill. But Cantoro didn’t help. He didn’t want to be disturbed, he was busy, watching TV, probably, or he was sleeping, or worse.
When he heard a man screaming in his cell, he did nothing. When he heard the bell ringing he turned it off!
He didn’t feel like calling the doctors, too much work, better to let a man die, who cares.

Justice for Aldo

The prosecutor asked for one and a half years of jail for Cantoro, and that’s what the jury gave him yesterday, along with compensation to Aldo’s sons and payment of trial expenses. The penalty was suspended (that’s Massei’s justice), but at least the guy will be ruined from the money point of view.

Rossella Urru in Rabouni

Saharawy, “someone from the desert”. It’s the name of an ethnic group which got formed mainly from the nomadic Berbers of western Sahara and other Arab groups that joined, as Islam started to flow towards the area, after 11th century.

The problems for the Saharaui started as the Islamic States got established in North Africa. And  with the colonial era they even increased.
There’s a lot of free space in the Sahara, but it’s almost like there’s no room for this group, which every state seems to kick beyond their borders.

Ainhoa Fernández del Rincón

The Italian Rossella Urru, the Spanish Ainhoa Fernandez de Rincon and Enric Gonyalons, are some of those people who do something for others.
They were with their NOGs, assisting the Saharaui refugees in a camp in Rabuni, near Tinduf, Algeria.
October 22 2011, it seems that it was almost midnight when an armed commando arrived and kidnapped Rossella, Ainoha and Enric.
The experts attribute the action to the terrorist group of Aqmi, representative of Al Quaeda in the Magreb area. After four months nobody had even any news of the three.
Today Rossella’s friends launched an internet day for the liberation of the activist. We can only shout with them: who ever you are, free Rossella, Ainhoa and Enric!

“They Said It Was Their Method”. Yes, We Had Noticed!

I like that we can chose which police disaster to speak about… It’s even compulsory, in order to understand our main one.

Today we need to go back to the tragedy of Ciccio and Tore Pappalardi, the two little brothers who disappeared in Gravina, on a hot evening of 2006. They will later be found dead near home, in a tank into which they had fallen.

As we remember their father Filippo called the police and begged them to start searching. But the police (as usual, Italians know) refused to help, effectively causing the death of the two kids. The little brothers, indeed, had good chances of being rescued if searches started immediately. Even a dog that was there, was barking in the direction of the tank, since he was probably hearing the kids’ moans.

After having refused to do their job, the cops “understood” the case (wrongly, as always) and arrested Filipppo. They arrested (as always) just the one who called the police (exactly like they did with Amanda and Raffaele, with Alberto Stasi, with Paolo Onofri…).

The Trap (Oh, We Know it…)

Besides having suspected the dad, though, in another phase they suspected even the mom, Rosa Carlucci. At one point they “understood” (wrongly, as always) that she was responsible for the disappearance of the kids.
They prepared the trap in the police station. The woman was drawn into it, with no lawyer, with no witness, and the pack attacked! All barking wolves against a woman alone. Their usual game, twenty against one. Got a deja vu feeling?

Rosa revealed it last Friday on the TV show Quarto Grado: “They interrogated me for 16 hours, they were telling me that I was lying. To make me confess they beat me, they strangled me, they even pushed me outside the window and threatened to let me fall down”.
“When later  they will understand they were wrong” –Rosa added– “they apologized. They said it was their method to obtain information”.

The “experts” on Quarto Grado were all surprised, all incredulous…. Probably they are not that expert, then, since we, instead, keep hearing stories exactly like that.

Beating by the Book

In the Police Station!

Rosa will for sure recant on next occasion, as Patrick did. But, she said it, and she certainly couldn’t have invented those details. And Patrick as well. We had figured since ages that the method of the cops in Italy was to torture people in the police stations, or write false statements and make their victims sign them, or threatening or blackmailing witnesses to have them to confirm in court the false statements they had signed, or having doctors to state what they need to be stated, or creating evidence against the ones they want to be convicted, or destroying evidence which could show their crimes, or acting like little angels when they go testify in court…

We had easily figured it was their method and they even said to Rosa: “It’s our method”.

We had easily figured it and they have even confessed it to Nicola Rao as he wrote in “Colpo al Cuore”.
This Nicola Rao is a declared fascist, he loves everything that is order, uniform, police, etc. That’s why when he discovered the crimes made by his beloved poliziotti he had a colpo al cuore, a blow to his heart. He thought they were honest!
Besides being a fascist, though, this guy is also a real journalist, and, even if he didn’t like what he discovered, he wrote it (you know what I think Nicola? You are a real journalist but you are not a real fascist).

Crimes Allowed by the Decadence of a Country

By the way: Patrick, Amanda, Raffaele, Rosa, all the others… The testimonies are all convergent, it’s too clear by now: it’s their method, and they teach it to each other.
It’s normal for them to “solve” cases in that way. They torture people for money, with the purpose of earning from having solved a case. Or just for fun. That’s why every now and then someone dies in the police stations.
As we can see, while the law continuously amends itself and becomes more and more “legal”, the behavior of those who should uphold the law, faces an alarming involution (things that may happen in a country in a decadence).

She Was the One Better Treated!

The method is widespread throughout the whole country and it seems that is being increasingly adopted. It would be very particular if it was only in Perugia, instead, the cops were perfectly observant of the law!
Unfortunately from the testimonies we have, that very particular case, doesn’t occur. On the contrary. The cops themselves confirm that abuses happen in Perugia too, when they refuse to hand over the tapes of the interrogations of Amanda, Raffaele and Patrick: if they can’t show the tapes, it means those tapes document their crimes.

As we were suspecting, then, Amanda was the one better treated. They didn’t beat her, as Patrick reports. They didn’t strangle her, they didn’t push her outside the window, as Rosa Carlucci reports. They didn’t put her head in a plastic bag, as the Naples Four report. They didn’t weatherboard her, as many report.

Because people saw her entering the police station in good health, because the case was fresh and it was under the attention of the media. They couldn’t risk having her die, as it happened to Giuspeppe Uva, Federico Aldrovandi, Stefano Cucchi, Salvatore Marino, Giuseppe Pinelli and many others.
That’s why in her case it was mainly a brain washing. A brain washing is still a physical abuse; an interrogation all night long, with many people yelling against one person prevented from having a lawyer, or from resting, or drinking, or eating, is still a physical abuse, but we usually don’t call it that.

Amanda Said the Truth

As we can see, all data we have, from the case or even from other cases, does nothing but confirm Amanda’s version. As we had easily understood, every single word said by that girl is true. And whoever says that, doesn’t make any “defamation”. Actually every one should say and write that very loud.
You don’t even need to have faith in that girl by now, you don’t need to see the tapes. It’s perfectly clear what happened in that police station, why tapes disappeared and who made them disappear.

Nobody Believed Mignini Outside his Town

On the other hand who has ever believed Mignini and his cops? Only those belonging to his same system: his colleagues, until Hellmann and Zanetti arrived; those who were dreaming of cashing from Amanda and Raffaele; the local journalists, who don’t criticise the local boss.

We all went to talk to Mignini, showing friendship, respect. We just wanted to know about the case, indeed.
But, do you know a journalist who came to follow the case from America, from UK, from another country, who bought Mignini’s theories? One who had a high opinion of  Mignini after having met him? Or who became his friend?
I don’t know any, as is obvious, since the stories by him and his cops never made any sense, while Amanda’s version always did.

Only Local Journalists Believed Mignini

Obviously not a single journalist who went to follow the case, not a single lawyer, not a single scientist from America, from UK, from the rest of Europe, from the rest of the world has believed Mignini’s stories.

Only Italians, ex-Americans, ex-Britons… only local journalists, who evidently want to stay local, approved Mignini. And this is also revealing of the existence of a system. Why only people who live in Italy, who can have consequences from what they write, approve him?

I just heard that one of them had to change the title of her book. What to say? I had warned all these friends, but they preferred listening to someone else. No problem, we wait for them on the right side (preferably now, not when their hero will face trial, it will be too easy then).

Ok, let’s change disaster now.

THE TWIN DISASTER

As you remember we studied even the Sarah Scazzi case since it was exactly the same that the Meredith case. Indeed we made the little mise en abyme above…

We had immediately demonstrated that there were zero possibilities that Sabrina could have killed Sarah, as the prosecution maintained. And the killer could only be Michele.
After that, it happened that Michele, indeed, publicly confessed to have killed Sarah and accused the accusers of having manipulated and doped him to make him blame his daughter Sabrina.

He Made Followers!

The Mignini-Method Exported

And there’s more, something else happened: even those prosecutors (probably not that bright) finally understood their theory was impossible! And, exactly as Mignini did in Perugia when his theory collapsed (for the nth time), they moved the time of death!

To do that they needed witnesses to also modify their testimony… Whoever had seen Sarah at 2:15 after one year suddenly “remembered” that actually no, it was 1:15…
Exactly as Mignini did in Perugia, the prosecutors even called in a new witness who was just minding his own business, because they heard-say that he had seen Sabrina and her mom attacking Sarah (!)…. This guy said it wasn’t true, that it was just a dream he had, and the prosecutor charged him with perjury!
Exactly as Mignini did, they started extra trials against everyone who wasn’t confirming their theory, even against the lawyers!

At that point we abandoned the case. It’s not that we can follow every mediocre prosecutor in Italy and their games. We demonstrate that they are wrong, then they change theory and everything starts over, then we demonstrate that they are wrong again, then they change theory again… No thanks. Trials (and critique of trials) are for serious people.

The Scientific Mistake is a Moral Mistake (Philosophical Fragment)

Changing a theory, not exactly about proton decay, but about such a simple event like a crime, means admitting not being able to make theories.

When a theory fails you have to abandon it. If you are not even able to admit your mistake, if you give your failed theory a bit of makeup and you re-propose it, it means you are cheating.

If you even blame someone else for your mistake, then…If you even push witnesses to change their testimony…  If you even throw in jail anyone who says something different…. it means you are dangerous, people one day will stop you.

Italy can’t be allowed to be damaged by such criminals.
People have to be free to go to Italy without fearing that besides the normal dangers, there’s even the possibility of meeting a pack of animals or a crazy prosecutor who ruins your life.

Concluding Unscientific Postscript

(Headline stolen, yes, but from an old one). The issue is moral, in the end, only moral. Because if you are not able to say “I was wrong” it means that you are made of pride.

Which explains why you have not been able to make the right theory: because you don’t love knowledge: you are not made of love.

You have no respect for the rules of logic, you have no respect for the laws of science, you have no respect for the law, you have no respect for the others: you are not made of respect.

In conclusion, you are made of pride, but you are not made of love, and you are not made of respect: you are bad.
You get things wrong not because you are stupid. Nobody is stupid, only the will makes the difference. And your will is flawed: it doesn’t pursue the common good, it only wants your own interest, it’s evil: you are bad. And that flaws your reasoning.

The Killing of the Irony

That explains as well why you don’t have any irony: because the real pleasure of the soul is pursuing good, not pursuing evil; creating, not destroying; uniting, not separating; giving people happiness, not sorrow.
If you have only spread hate your soul can’t really be delighted, and the smile won’t arise in you.
If you have made crimes to frame people you will always be terrified to be discovered, and the smile won’t arise in you.

To hide the crimes you have done you have to make new crimes, you need to terrorize your community, you need to sue everyone. Until everyone will strike back.

Your victims may strike back any time, your accomplices may speak any time. What a stressful life you gave to yourself!…
