Knox Boyfriend Outed

(From Mail Online)

Finally the Daily Mail dug out the identity of Amanda Knox’s boyfriend and the address at which they live together. The photographers had seen her entering there on the 30th. A few days to check everything, and here we are…

We had seen all boyfriends running to the castle of the free Amanda with big hopes, and eventually being then pictured outside her house with a sad face.
One only would have come out with a smile. And that one apparently is her ex, James Terrano, musician from New York who lives in Seattle.

The announcement has been given to the Daily Mail by his brother William, proud that the manhood of family won the dating contest (for now).
James was playing at home, after all, and was still in her same circle of friends. A good advantage.

Circle of friends

”Between us it’s all over. I still have a great affection towards her but nothing else”. Raffaele, interviewed last Friday on the TV program Quarto Grado, seems to have accepted the verdict and wished to Amanda “all the happiness in the world”.

Others maybe rely on the appeal.

Good job dear old Daily Mail, even abroad. It’s for these things that god created you… (rather than talking about trials).

  1. struoc says:

the silent one speaks, but theres more to ask than he was asked. what about the diary statements, and his version of eating and fish blood on his hands, and his version of the 112 call.

amanda has been on the stand, she gave her interview. she’s dating again, who cares? leave her alone, i say. and its not interesting to the crime tourists if her boyfriend cant afford a haircut.

the truth and allowing less confusion for the Kerchers is still here.

and a side question, is Rudy being charged for defamation/slander for falsley acusing is now more news, to add 6yrs to his sentance then if the two are innocent?

and why has the Daily Mail still not been charged with defamation for the Patrick story?

Frank if you have time, I’m curious how the SC case will evolve and how it is done.
I know you wrote of The System, but this case specifically, is this SC going to request witnesses? or is it just reading reports?

the silent one broke the silence, this is very interesting….more to come I hope , from him.

    • perugiashock says:

C’mon Struoc, we need also something light sometimes…

      Who is the silent one?

“and why has the Daily Mail still not been charged with defamation for the Patrick story?”. Such questions are the core of the plot.

The SC court just reads reports.

  2. struoc says:

your right the silent one is no longer silent. Raffaele spoke and talked and is no longer the silent one. but i’m anxious for his words more than Amandas, he said he wants to help finish the case too, maybe he can.

yes being light, I enjoy a grin too, but even being light needs intelligence and TMZ is a bit short on that, imo. I see the shows, TMZ talking of Amanda Knox as Lindsey Lohan, but it didnt work… TMZ will wear your grandmas underwear on their head for a picture.

  3. perugiashock says:

Hopefully tomorrow I’ll write something about his performance, not very brilliant, actually.

Btw, why the silent one? Raffaele has been talking a lot at the trial. He just wasn’t interrogated.
A defendant rarely asks to be interrogated, it’s very risky. You may say something wrong.

Amanda did it, and that gained her another trial…

    • struoc says:

Frank you might have heard him, I didnt. He didnt take the stand = silent one.
      Amanda did and all that…

I feel Amanda has spoken, she was questioned and we can read the translation of her version.

Raffaele, to me still a mystery…. its been so many years, i wonder if he can still remember if they ate before the movie or after or during, the leaking faucet sink, the morning of the Nov 2.

He still remembers the kiss that morning, and its reason, maybe he can describe the scene of Amanda and Filomena and the closed door, wouldnt it be interesting? I think so. There’s so many more questions.

From here, far away, the courtroom seems larger than life, from inside the courtroom maybe it seemed crowded? I don’t know.

And will we ever hear any added details, say from the Tow Truck driver? Sometimes we all remember small details a little later.

Can the stain on the pillow be tested now? Maybe by an independent person who wants to help the Kerchers?
Who should deny them the help?
Maresca and the Kerchers want the pillow tested no doubt, they want to know the truth, right?

  4. randy2438 says:

I have always wondered Frank…How was it ever possible to hold RS after the hearing in front of Matteini? For Amanda I can understand they had after all the great “confession”. And I get it that they can hold Lumumba also. But nothing Knox ever said or wrote implicated RS in any way.

Nor did he confess anything during his interrogation (that we know about) and so there seems to be a critical lack of reasoning for the prosecutor to charge him and no reason for the judge to hold him and yet that is exactly what happened to this Italian citizen.

How did they do it? And how do they continue to get away with it? And do you think RS will bring charges against these judges and prosecutors?

  5. perugiashock says:

There’s non problem in PG, judges always confirm anything the prosecutor asks, never mind how absurd it may be. Judges always condemn, and in the appeal they confirm…

Until someone will go and stop them..

  6. perugiashock says:

    Tomorrow I’ll publish about Raffaele….

  7. Michael Doe says:

    Hi Frank,

I have only one unanswered question.

Can somebody tell me why Rudy had shoe prints in Meredith Kercher’s room and a barefoot print in the bathroom? I really would like to know?

Did he have a barefoot print in her room in her blood?

I see his guilt, but take one’s shoe off?

    • perugiashock says:

I explained it long time ago in FOR A BUNCH OF GENES-Final View On The Footprints but the blog was seized… And the defense didn’t copy me…

      I retrieved it for you btw. I don’t know if it’s clear…

“The footprint on the bathmat, being in the victim’s blood, is certainly crime related but is also isolated. The luminol didn’t show canceled steps between the room and the bathmat.
By consequence here too something different must have happened. Since blood-soaked towels were on the crime scene I can think that the person went to the toilet with the bloody towel and he dropped it on the bathmat. Not pressed, the towel would leave only limited stains (as we can see in the picture). But the person had maybe lost a shoe in the struggle and made a step on that wet towel, which printed his foot on the bathmat. “

  8. I guess the American papers are all still trying to land that exclusive interview.

  9. randy2438 says:

Michael that is a great question. It has been a question for me too. If Rudy or even an accomplice where is this blood picked up on the bottom of a bare foot?

The thinking is that Rudy removed his shoe to rinse off his bloody pant leg and perhaps lost his balance. He was likely standing on towels and so no messy bathroom but I still wonder…maybe his shoe was soaked inside with blood …who can know. Somehow a quite wet and bloody bare foot made an imprint on that bath mat.

I have seen the side by side comparison and I voted that the print looked most like Rudys foot. I expect this print came from his clean up effort on his pant leg. It could also explain his shoe prints going down the hall if his pant leg was wet enough to drain down into his shoe and then overflow to make just the one shoe print…the right one I think.

    Finally to Frank…

But the prosecutor had no reason to hold RS …in those early days. No DNA, no “confession”. No witness. Even no lies from him. He only said that he could not know what AK did while he was sleeping…which can not implicate him in any way.

We cant see the files of the first charges against RS made by Mignini and brought before Matteini.
It seems impossible that they could hold him. This is why I think the defence lawyers were no good at all. Early on they seemed to do nothing and simply let the pack overwhelm the defendants with lies.

    • struoc says:

if I recall they had the bloody NIke print, then when it was found to be Rudys they quickly had the bra clasp. But at the time of Matteini wasn’t it the NIke Bloody prints that made him?

It was the elation that it was Rudys prints the Sollecitos thought he would be released, and then soon came the bra clasp.

I think Raffaeles defense was on video saying the first days “it was impossible to fight fiction”, something like that.

I like Raffaeles lawyer who wants to charge those who posted false testimony, especially Rudy.
6 more years for Rudy will give him more time to learn how to speak the truth.

      • pigsticker says:

I doubt he will ever learn how to speak the truth. His guardian described him as a habitual liar… and murder isn’t an easy crime to live with. Even with all the evidence against him he’s continuing to lie about what happened and if four years haven’t changed him I doubt six years will do much better.

  10. The exclusive interview that has not happened yet with all the speculation about how much money Amanda will make by giving the it.

  11. They’re not living together though. That I know. Tabloids will say what they want though. Nice article, Frank. :)

  12. struoc says:

    Frank,
I look forward to more excellent pieces, the Hellman report is coming soon, maybe he is finished and just holding it until January so Maresca has time to cool down.

Are there any new charges filed yet? Has Rudy been charged with defamation?
Has the Daily Mail been charged with slandering lies about Amanda and Patrick?
Where is Filomena and Laura, do they not get questioned now that the trial is over?

I was just wondering, you think Raffaele has read this site, read Dempseys book, become familiar with the tab’s and forums? How surreal that would be.

and has Edgardo Giobbi taken down the pictures of Amanda and Raffaele off his wall-of-shame?

    • perugiashock says:

      Hey, wait to say excellent…

I don’t know if Hellmann reported Rudi for slander.

The Daily Mail, no, because they were bashing Amanda so Mignini loved them…
J.Follain neither, even if he made the interview to Edda and Curt (for the same reason).

Of course Raffaele had a a look at this site. Why surreal? You just need a computer.
Reading books takes more time and concentration, I don’t think he has a lot these days.

No idea what that genius does there…

    • pigsticker says:

Let’s hope that when A & R are removed from the wall of shame, Mignini is put up there in their place. Maybe Giobbi should join him there as well. Oh, wait, they’re not murderers… at least not PHYSICAL murderers. They just destroy people’s character… oh, well, no hall of shame for them… although I’d be interested in seeing how the prosecutor does on his appeal trial. Let’s hope he gets his full year-and-a-half… although that seems very small in light of all the lives he has ruined.

  13. perugiashock says:

Ooops, I forgot that Raff was interviewed and I had to write about that…
(No inspiration, probably). This week maybe….

  14. randy2438 says:

Well for inspiration the guilter sites are describing RS interview …(especially the Italian members) as coming from someone with bad language skills and who seems not all that smart. Certainly we must take into account these crazy people because they hate both AK and RS and they still think they are somehow guilty.

Also I have heard that Follain seems to imply in his book (haven’t read it) that Mignini knew about the shoe print not belonging to RS long, long before it was proved to belong to Rudy.

Can Hellmann simply ignore Rudys slander? How does it work there? Must the defendants rely on Mignini (that would seem odd because he will never follow the law) or can the defendants bring into the court demands about slander and force the pack to investigate?

It all seems to much like the mafia ….except these are the police and judges mafia.
    .

  15. ndalberth says:

Looking forward to it, Frank :)

  16. struoc says:

Frank , I wonder what you think of Alessi’s story?

I have spoken to a few who did time in prison and they say all there is to do is talk, and one common topic is always the crime they did.

Do you have hope Rudy will talk and tell the final secret of what happened? Or is this Crime tourists naivety to think someone can get the truth from Rudy?

And Rudy is probably in a jam, he cant piss off the prosecutor and police who control the prison from the outside, nor can he finger anyone else involved in the crime, maybe some Albanian drug friends who are part of other drug circles with people in prison.

Maybe the only truth we will get is Rudy raped, murdered and stole some items, and then tried to blame someone else.

    • pigsticker says:

I remember reading something about an East European drug dealer who was parked outside the house while the murder was going on. That tells me Guede had at least one accessory, possibly sent by the same mob boss who ordered the murder in the first place. I wonder how much Mez (or Filomina, or whomever Guede was targeting) owed them…

  17. perugiashock says:

Are you guys still there thinking about who killed Meredith? I was concerned about that ages ago. But then… If not even her family cares why should we care?

The only important thing is that Amanda and Raffaele were saved, and now they need justice for what they have done to them.
If Meredith’s family doesn’t want justice I’m sorry for her but, it’s her family.

As far as I’m concerned Rudi was there, so he’s the killer. Period.

  18. g3ssycat says:

So true Frank, and I hope Amanda and Rafaele get justice for what was done to them. It is outrageous that prosecutors, police, judges etc. can get away without any punishment or consequence for the crime they committed of ruining so many peoples lives and causing so much suffering specially to Amanda and Raffaele. It is as if they killed Amanda and Raffaele for 4 years. What they went through was worse than being dead, the dead at least don’t suffer…and to think that all the suffering they caused was with full knowledge of what they were doing! What kind of a person can knowingly try to convict and imprison an innocent person and try to get the worse punishment just to have career advancement??? Now that is what I would call a terribly sick mind and superlative egoism….and its way worse….the extent they went to creating lies, manipulating trying to convict at any cost is damn right scary!! They are obnoxiously deceitful shameless waste of space in our society. I can’t even find a good enough word to describe their actions!!

The Kerchers may have been blinded at some point, but how smart do you need to be to see the truth here??? It looks like the Kerchers are the very first that are forgetting and disrespecting Meredith…and they have money on their minds as first priority and Justice as last priority. How can the Kerchers in their right mind think that they can sue Amanda and Raffaele when they have been fully exonerated? They should better think Meredith would be extremely sad and disappointed to see that her family prefers to pursue money than to pursue justice from the person who took her life! and it goes to such extent that they even forgive or conveniently overlook that Rudy is the person who took Merediths life….It’s because of Rudy that the Kerchers can no longer enjoy the presence of their beloved daughter/sister Meredith! and not only that…Rudy inflicted terror and aggression upon Meredith and its because of Rudy that Meredith terribly suffered before her death!!!

I truly feel so immensely sad for Meredith and that her life ended that way and what she had to suffer, I feel for the suffering of her family, and for the suffering of Amanda, Raffaele and their families because all this pain was so unfair for all of them, but I am extremely outraged for the abuse and torture Mignini and team have inflicted and if I were the Kerchers I would be ashamed to not care to test that pillow case! If the Kerchers believe Rudy deserved to have his sentenced lessened for saying he is sorry he did not try harder to save Merediths life the Kerchers should then go give Rudy a big hug to thank him for trying to save her life and I would like to see the expresion on Merediths face while the Kerchers give Rudy that big hug….and btw did the Kerchers ever thank Rudy for trying to save their daughters life????

  19. Ouch!! But I feel you are not wrong to say that. The Kerchers are good people and might not know exactly how to overcome this horrible ordeal, yet. Everybody involved with this case has suffered and will need to work hard to pick up the pieces and come to terms with it all. We must keep moving forward to stay healthy in body and soul (hear me PMF?).
Frank, please be well and keep us informed and never lose your delicious sense of humor.

  20. g3ssycat says:

Your right, the Kerchers do seem to be good people. No intention to go aggressive on them. Its just frustrating to see they don’t take assertive steps and seem to be lenient with Rudy and so mad at Amanda for getting so much media attention and being set free. They brought on media attention for being wrongly convicted in such an absurd and deceitful way. The Kerchers stand point and actions or lack of action can make you question what their priorities are. Its easy to give an opinion when not in their shoes, who knows what’s going on there.

    • Yes, it’s frustrating and we would all like to see them happy and whole. That may not happen on our time schedule, so we must forgive them for being human. The are just regular folks who got placed in a situation that was too big for them to grasp.
So was Raff and Amanda, and I expect they are still wounded also.
I respect your words…my words are not critical of you. Be well.

  21. I assume the debt crisis is the dominate narrative in Italian politics these days but will the resignation of Mr. Berlusconi mean anything to the intuitions responsible for this injustice? Are there any specific reforms being considered? or…Is this just too far removed from the center of Italian politics and have most people moved on?

Also, when can we expect to hear details of Mr. Mignini’s appeal? Anybody know the schedule?

  22. randy2438 says:

How can this sympathy remain so eternal for the Kerchers? They have shown themselves to be the opposite of good people. Rather, they are spiteful participants in the attempt to falsely accuse and jail innocent persons. The fact that they allowed their lawyer to use their own well timed statements to garner sympathy with the objective to jail innocent persons is offensive and wrong.

Good people struck down by tragedy still retain the ability to reason and they also retain the ability to look objectively at facts. In this case the Kerchers have done neither. They continue to show the inability to admit that they may have been wrong and were likely, if even unknowing, participants in the attempt to ruin two innocent persons young lives.

Good people are willing to stand back and wait for the facts to show what happened. This took four years in this case and now they can clearly see how they were used and who used them. Good people admit their mistakes and more important stop allowing mistakes to be made…at least in their name.

The last public statement of the Kerchers indicated a desire to start a trust to fund an appeal in this case, stated by Stephanie…and a nasty comment made by John Kercher about Amanda Knox dressing for Halloween…this after she has been locked in a prison for 4 years unjustly and partly to blame for this is the sympathy gathering efforts of Kercher himself.

They have worn out their sympathy….the facts remain now that the Kerchers continue to wish punishment on persons found innocent of any crime against their daughter. Persons who honestly tried to help in finding Merediths attacker. Its an irony that defines the word hate.

If they wish to remain blinded by hate then they must live even sadder lives then one where a loved one is lost. They all will remain lost but it will be an even greater loss that they self impose.

    • struoc says:

but John Kercher was misunderstanding the costume, the guilters assumed it was a catburglar and the “old team of haters” jumped in to write it for everyone.

the costume was a Seattle local person sports player…not a burglar.

but it was a reminder of how the media did destroy Amanda at every chance they got…if she smiled it was cold, if she cried it was because of bad guilt etc..etc…

don’t blame the Kerchers for any misplaced hate for Amanda, blame Maresca.

      • pigsticker says:

Don’t forget the Daily Mail. They’re the newspaper that started the anti-Knox witch hunt… and by unhappy co-incidence, that was where John Kercher broke his silence about the case. If they lied about Amanda they can just as easily misrepresent John, so we’ll never really know where he stands on the verdict until he speaks through a more credible medium.

    • I respectfully disagree with you statement..The Kerchers are human and deserving our compassion as they try to regain their footing. Yes, they are bitter and lost and did not ask for this. Yes, we might like to take them by the collective arms and shake sense into them. They have not yet learned to close the wound that Meridith’s sudden departure caused.
I do not like how they act these days..but our harsh judgements will not help them.
Instead, I rejoice in the new lease on life that has come to the kids.
I’ve been reading your posts for awhile now, and I must say I have appreciated your input. Take care, Bettina

  23. randy2438 says:

Maresca is doing a job. He was hired by the Kerchers.

At any point they could direct his actions differently. He speaks and acts in their name…and it is apparent he does so with the Kerchers blessing.

The fact remains that John Kercher has no right at this point to judge AK for anything. Kercher should concern himself with what Rudy Guede does everyday if he wishes to write about and speak in memory of his daughter murder.

Or else he should just shut up. Dont forget he is the news media…the worst part of it anyway. And it shows.

    • Randy2438..I so agree. Why not scream about Rudy? Nevertheless, I still send sympathy…who am I to say when they should come around??? yer friend, Bettina

    • struoc says:

I think thats one perspective you state, you could be right.

I instead believe differently, that Maresca manipulates them and has basically brainwashed them over the years. I think he exploited their pain and anger, and he fed the fire for them to blame Amanda and Raffaele. ..and not Rudy.

People in mourning are often vulnerable. It is Maresca who is leading the Kerchers imo.
They look to him for direction, I think he’s behind all of the Kercher’s media statements too.

Like Madison, Amandas friend, mentioned so well the guilters all hate the character Migninni and Co. created. It was a very effective attack Migninni did. He created fictional villians, murderers who are easy to hate.

We’ll see what the victims family thinks after the Hellman report is released, and the SC decision.

I’d like to really understand the remaining questions they believe are unanswered?

  24. randy2438 says:

I don’t disagree that Maresca plays the big part in this framing. Actually, I blame Mignini even more because I am certain he plays a bigger part than Maresca. It was Mignini after all who brought this snake Maresca into the Kerchers lives. And since the prosecution and Maresca have remained almost comically in lock step with objections and pleadings that go against reason itself then one may grant some amount of slack to the Kerchers.

I also agree that the timed releases of statements have been largely the work of Maresca although I am certain Kercher has written several in his own words.

But now after 4 years….the Kerchers should be asking themselves some really serious questions about the behavior of both their lawyer and the prosecution….

Why did no one demand testing of the semen stain?
Why would the prosecution object to the opening of the knife?
Why was Rudy Guede allowed to lie and cheat his way to a joke of a sentence for his depraved acts?
Why did these “protectors” of the Kerchers justice fail to appeal Rudys light sentence?
Why do the Kerchers think the police are helping them when all they need do is review to CSI video to see and understand how bad the police did their job and how abusive they were with their daughters memory …the jamming of clothes and shoes into a suitcase…no concern for the cards and gifts that remained the last tokens of their daughters love? Instead they carelessly jammed these items away and I bet the Kerchers never received any of it. I would want that last post card. Her computer hard drives…her notes, her receipts…

Grief can take many forms but blind hate is replaced by something else at some point…or else it simply consumes the hater.

The Kerchers need the shock of a metaphorical slap to realize that they have been used. Used in the worst way that prosecutes innocent persons and at the same time rips their own wounds open over and over for 4 year now. All at the hands of the wolf in sheep clothing….but how long can you remain blind to what is going on around you?

There can never be a victory for the Kerchers. Nothing will make their loss seem any better. But jailing and ruining two young lives unjustly will make their lives infinitely worse.

Not commenting on any actions of the Kerchers by this point seems a cruel punishment. In 4 years you have time to reflect and review and question things. Or you can remain locked in a lie that certainly can never make logical sense. This choice appears to belong to them now. The time has long passed to somehow still need the words of a juries motivation.

It’s a damn shame they got entangled in a political job saving action coupled with a money hungry slimy ambulance chaser. But when do pull your head out of the sand?

  25. struoc says:

    randy,
I agree and with common logic will assume the Kerchers, at least one or two of them have asked those questions about the semen stain, the destroyed hardrives, the non-recorded interrogation, the obstinate Stefanoni, the attempt at intimidation of Commodi and the missing controls and attempts at hiding the truth of the lab work….at least one or two of the Kerchers will read Hellmans report.

if they are only asking for a clear answer form a court system that can appear to be contradicting itself, at least to non-Italian legal people, I can understand the perspective of the contradicting verdicts.

but I think they know whats going on, its a process that slowly eliminates the fiction Migninni used, and slowly focus’s on real evidence and in this case the Knife, braclasp and the one eye witness who was oddly whisked off to prison to study his lines again, or to prevent more damage it seems.

the problem is the KErchers were given all the information from Maresca, he was the one who deemed the information credible, which is why he said Rudy is credible.

Yes, Amanda will have a ruined life forever, she is free to be ridiculed as a Casey Anthony or Jordan Vander Sloot the rest of her life in the media.

Maresca should be proud of himself, he did accomplish ruining her life.

  26. randy2438 says:

    Well,

That’s why I continue to follow this case. At first I was convinced that enough was done and at least the defendants were free from jail and so good enough.

But now I feel that this case needs the true story to be discovered yet by the rest of the world. It is totally unfair for Knox and Anthony to be compared in any way except to say that they are both girls.

With all the books and media so far there was just never that definitive story that includes the deception and motivation of the maniac prosecutor who was able to influence a few police ….lets call them enablers…so as to make a case no matter how departed from reality the conclusions used were.

I guess people need to understand the mind of Mignini and hopefully this Monster Of Florence movie will get made and delve into that madman….not the killer, but Mignini. He is worse than this serial killer I think. He uses the laws and tricks and lies and media in order to satisfy some strange need to find a conspiracy in every crime.

He has been the leader and fault of this injustice all along. When the world understands how this maniac thinks and works then they will understand how truly unjust this jailing of innocents was. Maybe there is not enough interest for the public to consider the truth…that would be a shame and result in the story never being fully understood…but its a good story and full of dishonest and often idiotic behavior from those in power in Italy…

Hopefully someone can capture this essence and truth and then Knox will be fully exonerated even in the minds of the public.

For now I agree that they have destroyed her life….that is certain and very sad.

    • pigsticker says:

Not just Amanda’s life but Raffaele’s as well. Don’t forget the other victim.

      • struoc says:

yes, Raffaele..what did he call it ” a reality tv show nightmare” or something like that.

sure seemed to have gone silent n the news? the big trial of all of Italy and now off, like a light switch.

        maybe a good thing.

  27. barrytumwater says:

Frank, thank you for being a beacon of light through this four year long odyssey. What is the import of the Italian lawyers going on strike on the day Amanda’s trial for singing out the truth about the interrogation? How does such a delay impact the trial itself?

  28. randy2438 says:

    Frank,

What happened to the criminal Mignini today? Didnt he have a trail scheduled?

  29. “But on Monday, an Italian appelate court decided that Mignini’s case was heard by the wrong panel.”
