Mignini, today, doesn’t have too much to laugh about anymore. The highly professional cops who set him into this trap left he and dearest Manu alone. They suddenly remembered they have a job, apparently, and just when the boat is sinking, just when people are insulting him, disappeared.
And the great local reporters? They are wandering around, mouth open and lost gaze, looking for a new master to dictate them articles. They don’t know how to report on the unbelievable things they keep hearing. In doubt, they must think, better not to report. Better write about Jessica Rabbit. And I understand them: there are dangerous people out there.
The Court Where The Law Died
In this courtroom, where The Law had died, Amanda’s lawyers are trying to give it new life. Carlo explained that a trial can’t be a war, there can’t be aggression. There can’t be continuous fights and personal attacks. Tricks can’t be used.
Knox’s lawyer Luciano Ghirga declared himself “surprised, to use an euphemism”, that the President of the Court of Appeals showed up to support the prosecution! What is this? A mob?
I wrote yesterday about the “Cosenza sentence” that the prosecutors illegally sneaked in. Luciano had an opinion on this unbelievable move: “An ugly, really ugly, ugly thing”.
Carlo has been giving a lesson of civilization to people who appeared to be slightly behind on the subject.
What Should Have Been Obvious
It’s important that a lab renovates the certification every six months. Because it gives them an efficiency, a discipline, a respect for their function.
If the whole scientific community thinks that in front of a Low Copy Number sample you have to stop, there is a reason. And that reason must be respected. Even Giuseppe Novelli, consultant for the prosecution, published a study explaining the dangers of LCN DNA.
If the rule says that you have to collect every stain with different swabs, there is a reason. By not respecting that rule they have created “the mixed blood Amanda-Meredith”.
The prosecution has to collect both elements, tho ones against and the ones in favor of the defendant. The law says that, and they know it. But, Carlo explained, that law wasn’t respected.
When during an interrogation the person says something incriminating the interrogation must be stopped, a lawyer must be called, the family must be advised.
The law must be respected, otherwise it’s useless having it.
Abused and Crucified
Amanda’s statements in the police station were on the newspapers next day, NEXT DAY, NOVEMBER 7, Luciano yelled.
Amanda underwent a very grave violation of the defense rights, Carlo explained.
There was no reason to suspect Amanda. Nothing had emerged from the wiretapping and from any other investigative activity.
Amanda had an alibi, exactly the same alibi Filomena had. They both were at their boyfriends house. Their boyfriends were giving them an alibi.
But they, the specialists in putting people one against the other, artificially tried to destroy that alibi.
The pack attacked Amanda. To the others not even the DNA, not even the fingerprints, not even the footprints were taken.
And here I have to recall: 8,000 DNA profiles, and counting, for the Yara Gambirasio case. 4 for the Meredith case!
Saving on DNA but: a useless high-tech movie (based on the story told by Rudi!)… useless trips to Puglia, Bergamo, Turin, Rome… 30,000 useless intercepted calls…. 3 useless satellite trials (against Amanda for slander and against the parents). Millions of euro thrown away for a wrong target. This is Mignini’s perfect investigation.
The Frenzy
There was nothing against Amanda, but when they wanted to solve the case, taken by a sudden rush, all clues against her appeared.
The evidence appeared and, and it not being real, immediately disappeared.
Patrick had an alibi. So, it was nothing true what they made her sign.
Another person emerged on the crime scene. So, after Patrick, even Amanda, just while the Italians were reading her “confession”, had totally exited the case, together with Raffaele.
They had to be released the next day, with all apologies. But the sea lane was set, and there was a huge padlock on the rudder. The direction never changed. They kept sailing with full wind. Towards the abyss…
Then they started a big fishing, with a huge ship, equipped with all latest technologies. But at the end of the big long fishing, after all this struggle, after all this waste of resources and time, the net is empty. Against Amanda Knox there is nothing.
Telling Truths from Nonsense
With a detailed, concentrated, extremely attentive, extremely logical analysis, Carlo literally annihilated the said no-alibi theory, the knife theory, the double-knife theory, the footprints theory, the simulated break-in theory, the motive theory, the “I was there” theory. The call-to-112-after-the-police-arrived theory.
All theories, all hypotheses, and founded on uncertain clues: on nothing.
With a few words Carlo and Luciano made clear that the prosecution witnesses are a bunch of drifters, criminals and unreliable people, were even approached by some local journalists —and have been even changing their testimony in the time.
And the prosecution, with their sea lane blocked, were reproposing them even when they were already disproved! Exactly as they are doing these days with evidence that was already trashed and with the Cosenza sentence, which, as we have seen yesterday, had been already rejected.
Aviello has been important, Carlo explained, because he exposed the way these cops work. He said he had hidden knife and keys in a wall. But the great cops didn’t go to check (I went to check, as soon as he released his crazy version. But they, who are paid for that, didn’t…). They announced they want to go to Turin to find the money with which Giulia Bongiorno corrupted Aviello (sure…). But they didn’t go check a wall right behind their alley…
Oh, they love to travel (with our money…).
The Quality of Convincing
Carlo literally ridiculed the Massei’s reconstruction, founded on fantasies and mistakes.
His report doesn’t have the quality of convincing you, Carlo diplomatically said.
“Amanda called only Meredith’s English cellphone, just to be sure they hadn’t been found”. It’s not even true. Massei and Cristiani didn’t inform themselves properly: Amanda called even the Italian cellphone once. And the cellphones will be found thanks to her, who was continuously calling.
“Amanda heard Rudi assaulting Meredith”, and what did she do? “She ran to help Rudi”! Totally illogical that a girl takes the side of the assailant and not of another girl.
The truth is that Amanda and Meredith were friends. Unlike Mignini, Carlo read the text messages between Amanda and Meredith: they were sending each other kisses. KISSES, for Christ sake!
These are documents, these are proofs, not the WORDS of the English girls typed in the right way by the great policewomen. Not the gossips of the 5 little virgins, all church and hash, the five heroines who RUNAWAY after the first interrogation!
Not the dearest housemates, who went to THEIR OWN HOUSE with a lawyer!
Meredith’s door had barely be broken, Filomena’s lawyer was already there.
And Amanda? Not even when she was in trouble, panicking, in the worst day of her life, assaulted by a pack of wolves. Not even then she had the right to a lawyer. Not even the next day! They called a lawyer who lived in Tuoro sul Trasimeno! A lawyer who, guess what? Couldn’t come…
After the ordeal this girl underwent what did some journalists do? What did some compatriots do? What did some other women do? Criticized her! Criticized HER, not those in charge! Criticized another woman, who couldn’t defend herself!
Amanda and Meredith Were friends
The proof (a further proof) was in their computers where all their emails were, where all the pictures they had taken together were. Their computers were seized on November 2. But two accidents happened and their computers were burned.
I’m sorry John, Arline, Steffy. There was something for Amanda there, there was something for The Truth. But there was also something for you. You will not have the writings, the work, the pictures of Mez. Because someone needed an accident. That’s how they respected her. Just like your lawyer respected her the other day.
Filomena, took her laptop, she needed it for work (she was thinking about the work with Meredith’s body still warm. And who’s insensitive, Amanda, of course). They said “you can’t have it, give it to us”. She gave her laptop to the police, so it was in good hands.
They gave it back to her in the evening. Burned. Another accident, of course.
You know what the local journalists, prompted by guess-who, wrote? That Amanda and Raffaele had burned their computers to destroy damning evidence.
You want to know something? Still today we don’t know who handled those computers!
They are specialists in creating smoke.
There are many things we still don’t know. At least, we officially don’t know, because actually everything is very, very clear. There will be a trial one day to shed light on this dirty story. And everyone will face his own responsibilities.

I am quite confident that Perugia will do the right thing now and prove to the world that Italian justice may not always get it right the first time, but will get it right eventually.

Its becoming very clear that even in the beginning they knew they had the wrong
people but it was too late to back down so they started destroying any evidence that
would prove they were innoccent.

I wonder if the jurors, judges and press are aware of the irony, and epic hypocrisy in Magnini continuously citing the Knox “PR campaign? Or the twisted loop of logic that Knox would “flee the country” if acquitted? They rely so strongly on impassioned threats over logical truth and evidence. But that is the story, no?
It is heartening to see this powerful presentation in light of Mig “Big” Ninnie’s endless unfounded persecution of these two innocents.
The best book ever on the case has come out and I suggest everyone read it–read them all and if, God help us all, these jurors get it wrong, we must all gear up for the biggest boycott in American history.

What is the reason given for the delay until Monday for the verdict? Before Hellmann announced that Saturday was the day for that. Also, what was the issue with Hellmann and the lead prosecutor ???Something about an Italian TV channel??

How utterly absurd is this statement attributed to Magnini in today’s LA Times! Rudy Guede is “that poor unfortunate, abandoned by his father … who has to pay for all of them.”??? This is almost an unconscionable statement. Magnini is a sociopath.

The though has crossed my mind a number of times

Mignini, who evidently knows that “sex games” (Hellfire Club-type orgies) are one form of the outermost circles of Satanism, should know that even though Satanic possession is a real phenomenon, it’s essentially impossible to prove that any particular person is possessed. So, it’s irresponsible for him to say such things about Knox, who as far as I can tell exhibits no symptoms of real-world possession, although I’m not so sure about Mignini.
Satanic possession imparts a compulsion to destroy the lives of humans and animals, and a considerable amount of cunning devoted to this end. Luciferic possession, on the other hand, is the curse of mystics who dwell too much on lofty thoughts. It is characterized by a constant “rapture,” like that of being in love. It might sound fun, but it’s analogous to being unable to feel pain.
So, the idiot Guede, who left an overwhelming amount of evidence of his involvement at the scene of his heinous crime, is probably not possessed, except possibly in a temporary manner in which people are used like Kleenex and then discarded. This might explain why he decided to rape and murder Kercher, instead of just fleeing. But he isn’t talking, and he couldn’t be trusted even if he were.
There are a few ways to become possessed, but for most people, the only ways Satan can lay hold of their souls (through his underlings) is to lure them into taking part in Dionysian abandonment to their lowest nature (Crowley’s “do as thou wilt”), and then in “ritual abuse” (Crowley’s “stamp down the
wretched & the weak,” “kill and torture,” and “drag their souls down to awful torment”), which is ritual in the sense of being repetitive or routine, not in the sense of a religious ceremony. Knox’s ordeal is actually a Satanic ritual. Satanists of course aren’t told the true purpose of Satanism, or even that they’re Satanists. Some Satanists apparently believe they’re black magicians, and others think they’re “masculine Christians.” They’re told whatever is necessary to lure them into Satan’s trap.
Mignini, though his persecution of innocent people, is also trying to create “evidence” to support Satanism’s mischaracterization of itself as black magic. This mischaracterization allows actual Satanism, such as Knox’s ordeal, to hide in plain sight. As far as I know, the nearest thing to a “black mass” would be an initiation into black magic, which is in a sense the opposite of Satanism, although Satanism is a sort of subsidiary of black magic because it pursues a subsidiary agenda.
SRA is all around us, from something innocuous such as offhandedly lying about something that doesn’t matter, to advanced forms such as “not torture” and torture-murder, which is typically performed in “war” zones and attributed to something like “enhanced interrogation” or “sectarian violence.” That’s partly why there’s always a “war” somewhere, with secret flights to connect Satanists with their victims (“the worst of the worst” or what Aleister Crowely called “the outcast and unfit”).
The goal of all this is to ultimately literally drive the human spirit out of the world (1984′s “obliteration of the self”), by creating hell on Earth (1984′s “boot stamping on a human face forever”) without allowing any physical escape. The intended destination for the human spirit is a fantasy “heaven” known as the Eighth Sphere ruled by Lucifer, the “god” of delusions and fantasies. Knox would be a prime target for such soul-destruction because she epitomizes the human spirit of love and freedom. Turning Jose Padilla into an inanimate object in the name of defending freedom was a real feather in Satanism’s cap. Why has nobody interviewed him on camera and let us see it? Is the government afraid to let us see what they did to him?
This process of splitting off the human spirit is symbolized by Skull & Bones’ “class photos,” in which the table containing a human skull and bones symbolizes Earth bereft of the human spirit, and the clock set to 8 symbolizes the 8th Sphere. Note that members of S&B are typically found maneuvering us into “wars.”
It took a few reads to “get” you but it was worth it.
I love this theory. I’ve called Mignini the devil and think he hates Amanda because she is the personnification of the All-American Girl – smart, good at sports, hard-working – or as you put it: she epitomizes the human spirit of love and freedom.

This is a very well-written piece that really sums up how poorly the defendants, the victim and her devastated family have been treated by the prosecution and the police. It’s mind-boggling to think that four hard drives were fried and that nothing was done to try to recover the contents.
I seem to recall reading somewhere that the Knox family offered to pay for the manufacturer of Amanda’s computer (Toshiba I think) to try to recover the destroyed data, but this was blocked by the court during the initial trial. Is that correct?
I feel so very bad for the Kerchers, particularly.

I have searched all over about teh Cosenza sentence and what it had to do with a forensic analysis by Vecchiotti but found nothing except several references to it by the hate-Amanda websites.
I did not find a post by you on the 28th and found no reference to this in your post on the 27th.

When it comes to legal concepts it’s always a problem with languages, so probably it’s not really comprehensible what I was talking about, but here it is.
“The great prosecutors, the Neapolitan-in-chief and the two Perugians, managed to make another joke to the jury.
First I have to tell you: yesterday they absolutely wanted to produce a sentence that, in their opinion, would have guaranteed the life sentence for the two.
To have value of law a sentence must be from Supreme Court, preferably from the United Sections of Supreme Court. Their sentence wasn’t from the United Sections, wasn’t from any Section of Supreme Court. It was not even from a Corte d’Assise d’Appello (like the one we are now). It was from a Corte d’Assise of a llittle town in Calabria! So the great trio wanted Hellmann and Zanetti to learn from lower judges! (and from an obscure town).
Hellmann yesterday said no. But today, as soon as the hearing started, he announced that the trio had sneaked it anyway in the middle of their report!
So Hellmann today said “guess what, dear prosecutors, we noticed that you sneaked the sentence in anyway, but we are going to trash it…”.
Unbelievable. We thought they were serious persons. We give them about 100,000 euro a year.”
