Actually Mignini is wrong. Quintavalle said she was wearing a grey coat because he saw the news video of November 2, in which Amanda was really wearing Raffaele’s grey coat.
The pictures in which, in the garden, she was in blue, are from next day.

For Amanda’s DNA on the knife, Mignini knows that the DNA on the handle guard can be left only when you stab. Look at this, look where the cook presses with his fingers.

Mignini’s old and new arguments that prove why Amanda killed Meredith:
Amanda killed Meredith because: Edda was wiretaped telling Amanda (talking about the first call she made to Edda in the morning, before the breaking of the door) “At that time nothing had happened yet”. That of course, for the rule of suspicion, doesn’t mean that she meant that the body wasn’t discovered yet, it means “You called me because you had killed Meredith”.
Amanda killed Meredith because: to drive to Gubbio you don’t need 30 minutes, you need almost one hour. So it was not true they had to go to Gubbio, Mignini explained, because nobody would leave for such a long trip at 10 in the morning.

Mignini spoke about the night in the police station. The nightmare at the police station, just as recounted by Amanda in her writings and when giving evidence.
All those people –as she wrote in her prison notes– yelling at a girl, using the usual tricks, like saying “your friend accuses you”, like telling you “you are lying”, like saying “if you have a lawyer it turns worse for you”, like threatening “if you don’t speak you’ll get 30 years in jail”. These people slapping her, as she testified. Mignini was so kind to tell the court all things Amanda referred to (not to help her points, of course: to explain that she’s a liar. But maybe he involuntarily helped her points…).
Imagine how it feels being alone, without a lawyer, without a judge, in the pack territory, faraway from the sight of the law, surrounded by angry people barking at you in another language. People who had lost their reason, slapping you, scaring you. And you will understand the case.

For sure a dossier is ready for me with new Totos, new Amandas (as when she incriminated Patrick) to testify that I’ve spent my life into drugs, into violence, that I was beating my mom, raping my sisters, kidnapping girls…
They are doing their best: they really want the world to understand what they have done to Amanda and Raffaele. In doing these things that are EXACTLY as the ones described by Amanda and Patrick, they are really helping make it clear who lies between them and Amanda.
And I guess they are succeeding. Especially after today’s performance.

Why does it come as no surprise that the police choose today to collect money from you. Were they busy yesterday or the day before or Sunday when court is not in session.
I hope they were dumb enough (I cant imagine anything else) to do this in front of witnesses. This is a message from the mafia led by Mignini…you better write the correct story.
What a clown this Mignini is. Of course they rehash old long disproved items in court. They have nothing else. These are actions of a desperate man. A man who Italy should throw in jail and take away the key. Without Mignini the police are not free to lie cheat and destroy hard drives. Alessandra Formica boyfriend ran into by someone running away from the cottage area around 10:30pm…the Tow Truck driver and broken down car at the end of the driveway during the10:30-11:30pm time, hearing no screams, like Nara did…..

Frank, I look forward to your lawsuit~ but you must be careful to have witnesses and proof of their abuse, as you have followed this case with vigor from the beginning and been a true critic of the proceedings- Italy ranks 47 on the list of countries with Journalistic Freedom. Thus the search for the truth is not valued here, and witch trials, intimidation and lying prevail.

It is truly terrifying to see the sexist, misogynistic way that Amanda has been branded as a witch and has been made the absolute FOCUS of this trial even though a man named Rudy Guede is so absolutely the sole perpetrator. And no one even thinks of Raffaele Sollecito,who has just been put on the broom of the witch, mesmerized by her and completely vapid. I could never imagine I would witness a trial like this in my life time- unless I was living in Saudi Arabia or some backwards country like that where women are convicted as witches. I am horrified and sickened by the proceedings. Every day new insults to her character that are irrelevant and tied to nothing: Today she is a Diabolical she devil and a Witch of Deception. These people make me sick.
