From Fighter of Occult Powers to Persecutor of Lovebirds

Everyone hates M.
Everyone understood, by now, that he gets people wrong, that he’s not able to tell lovebirds from criminals, innocents from murderers, friends from enemies. So, all those who think, with a little simplification, that all the disaster was created by him alone, all those who want to destroy him, have the idea of going to him as a friend, make him speak and record something wrong that he says.
Simplification is not for us. I’m not interested in simplifying, neither in defaming or insulting anyone. I’m interested in studying systems, theories, events, catastrophes.
M is just part of a system.
He follows the patterns of behavior of his culture, its beliefs and superstitions, like everyone else. Just like the average man. He is simply nothing special. His announcements, his ambitions are special: he wanted to dismantle the big powers. Talking is free of charge.
But the way he really is, besides the talk, that is nothing special.
You can try to improve your culture, if you are a special one, if you have a great moral strength.
Or you can just follow the flow; you can conform yourself, and think that everything is always right, just because it’s done in that way.
Or you can help worsen some aspects of your culture, and even when you recognize something wrong, you can hide it instead of decrying it, you can justify it instead of fighting it. When you see your cops framing two students, you may pretend not to see. And pretending not to see is a crime, it’s called omission of office, or worse, abetting.
One day I saw M and I told him Hey, your cops said that I attacked with kicks and punches five of them thanks to a supernatural strength I suddenly had.
This time it wasn’t a stranger. This time he knew the accused. He knew he wasn’t a violent person. He knew he wasn’t into drugs. He knew he wasn’t an idiot up to the point of beating just the cops, and for no reason. He knew the supernatural strength doesn’t exists.
But still he said If they said like this it must be true. So, I saw the drama of a man, the smallness of a man, who believes things depending on who says them. If someone who works for him says something, never mind how absurd the thing is, never mind the lack of proof and motive, he believes it.

The Inglorious End of a Non-Special One
Obviously a person who acts like this is going to make continuous disasters. Also because the cops, once they have realized how gullible he is, will use him. They will send to jail anyone they want, anyone they don’t like, just for fun, just for busting their career, just for having good stats in the end of the year.
They just need to accuse someone and destroy the evidence that goes against that accusation.
After having done that, they can count on him and on the ones similar to him. They know he will believe and support them, he will abet, even risking to pay the price for it himself.
You may think he is stupid. That they can fool him all the times because he is just naive. No, he knows they are criminals. He will tell you in private!
But why does he defend them in public?
He wanted to be the great prosecutor, who overturns the occult powers, who busts the whole world. Why, then, doesn’t he prosecute this occult power, after they have been caught lying so many times in the case… after they made him arrest the wrong people… after they are ruining his image and his career, not their own?
Can it be that he is afraid of a couple of cops? Afraid of loosing their fake respect, afraid that they can discredit him too?
I’m thinking that maybe yes, this is also the reason. He supports them out of conformism, for protecting the system, the team he belongs to. And out of fear.
Persecutor of lovebirds, harasser of writers, condemned by his colleagues, tricked by foreign journalists, used by cops, insulted by everyone. That’s not what we wanted to see from the great judge, from the fighter of occult powers. We were expecting more, much more from M. But things are going differently, he is being really a big disappointment.
People figured it out, by now: You are useless, M. You are against the citizen. When I’ll be in trouble, I won’t count on you.

It makes no other sense, except for what you write.
I agree, Mignini aligning to the “system”, the local club who was attacked from the Global media. That shoe seems to fit, this local bonding of co-working people. Protecting the “system” against embarrassment can cause a ego to become severely defensive, and loyalty applied without forensic evidence.
Edgardo Giobbi and the Monica and Profazio all convinced that the “system” must be protected at all costs.
But those darn experts who use technology weren’t of the same position, and instead of blood dna they found starch dna on the kitchen knife.
And so far, nothing bad has happened to these two scientific experts….not yet anyway.

I think at this point we understand that everyone who has swam in the sewer all come out smelling of the same stink.
Some people are judged worse because of their position of power they have been given by the people. M is worse because he fails in his duty. He fails his own people. He could have cleaned up a mess…insted he caused a greater mess.
Taking away innocent lives as M has done is unforgivable. He is as guilty as Rudy Guede. He has robbed and cheated and someone must now pay for these lost years taken from these young lives. He has caused additional pain to the family of the murdered girl, he has caused pain to the innocents in jail and to their families. This is abuse of power. He was charged before and found guilty. He will be charged again and he is certainly guilty again. This is theft of life caused by someone who should be trusted. Its not unlike the priests who molest little children. They must be held accountable for the terrible abuse in the way they used their positions.
The snake rots from the head. The pack is pure evil. If the devil is at work anywhere he works in the minds of these most powerful people…those who can take away lives by their actions. Those powerful people given the task to do the people’s work…but who have failed miserably. And the continued hiding of their sin only makes things worse. God said Cain…Where is your brother? AM I my brothers keeper? Yes M you were given that job and you failed.
I once wondered if Mignini could save himself, pull out of the dive and right himself and save this situation, but at this point he comes across as totally delusional. You once wrote a brilliant post, ‘The Master of Suspicion,’ that I had bookmarked as I thought it the best and fairest representation of him and would link it, and I recall from that he was a fan of Tolkien and saw himself as a Maia wandering the land and dispensing justice. He had the wrong wizard though, his epitaph will read more like:
‘…A grey mist gathered, and rising slowly to a great height like smoke from a fire, as a pale shrouded figure it loomed over the Hill. For a moment it wavered, looking to the West; but out of the West came a cold wind, and it bent away, and with a sigh dissolved into nothing.’
Someone has to take a serious fall in order to change a seriously rotten system. No one expected that this case would be questioned, that there would be scrutiny that would be unending. No one thought that the false evidence presented would be even allowed to be retested. No one thought that anyone would doubt M’s ridiculous crime scenarios that allowed innocent people to be prosecuted without evidence. Fortunately the notoriety of M already had spread outside of Italy and caused more scrutiny in the case. Little by little the climate of hate has been combatted with truth. As Bernini so poignantly created in his sculpture in the Borghese Gallery “The Truth Revealed by Time”. M and the cops and the others involved in the cover up follow by the ancient Jesuit code “If the pope declares that black is white, then so be it”. But the pursuit of truth does not follow that code, as Galileo proved. Galileo pushed for the truth in spite of the brutal persecution he faced by those who stood for the pope. In the end who is the most famous? Galileo. Others who stood for the pursuit of the truth have fled Italy- from Da Vinci to top scientists of the day. It is only by the constant push for the truth that the criminal mind of M will be revealed and that the illegal actions of the cops will be identified and punished. Will it happen? Time will tell.
Frank Please give us an update as to what is happening now and what will be happening in court and when.

It certainly is ironic that M considers himself able to recognize extreme evil yet he cannot even see the evil so close to him. In fact, forget evil – he is not even aware that something smells rotten around him. This is how blind and deaf he is toward “bad”. He most definitely should not be in the business of discerning the bad from the good, unless it was to be perhaps with food. Yes, I think the best job for M would be the taste-tester for Kings and important people. You know – the ones who make sure the food is not poisoned.
Speaking of food, everyone does know that the judge and he (M) are family friends. And that he is also friends with Maresca. In fact, he recommended him to the Kerchers (and yes, he’s good, he’s not at all honest however). Also, he has wined and dined with two Tabloid reporters, (actually more). But the Tabloid writers I refer to are mainly Barbie Nadeau who is one of “the” very persons who made Amanda who she became known to the world as. Foxy Knoxy, sex crazed, etc…and the other who has had the opportunity of wining and dining with is Andrea Vogt who I have proof in emails, and she’s been out manipulative. This is disgusting.. Nick Pisa thought the same and has completely changed his mind. I hope he will not be charged with defamation. Actually, almost everyone has realized the truth of this matter. Still, I believe that through this, there will be some good change in the end. Not by we Americans, but by the good people of Italy. I commented yesterday on all the things I love about Italy but realized after I hand already pushed “send”, that I left out the MAIN thing that I loved about it. The people. I would like to go to Italy and spend lots and lots of $$$ there. Sincerely.

M has done a lot of damage to Italy, in the eyes of the world, he has over stepped his marker.
